MISSION: Before A Storm

Atreus now stood in front of the statue again. It was time to leave especially after words from Commander Strive about the new threat near them. But think of it the description sounds a lot like when Sera screamed. He then felt something pull his pants looking down.

Eve: Dad, dad are we going?

Atreus: Yes we are. Come on let go.

Atreus the lifted Eve up while also holding Sera's hand.tge others was actual waiting for them while also waiting for Akali whom was still hesitate off leaving. Taniyama had decided to send Akali with Atreus but not himself, this was because he saw himself as and extra obstacles for them so thus why he wanted Akali to go but not him.

Akali: Grandpa, why you no follow?

Taniyama: Cause I can't Akali, Mister the could only take care of so many of us that there just isn't enough for us all.

Akali: <sobbing> but why must Kali Leave grandpa.

Taniyama: It's ok Akali. You can always visit me once all of this is over.

Once this is all over. Akali hugged his grandfather one last time tears falling down her cheeks as she was red from all the crying, it's a real harsh moment for her really, experiencing this in such and age.

Taniyama: Now go on young girl, Grandpa will always be here.

With this Akali hesitantly left as Taniyama wave goodbye to the leaving group. He smiled happy for Akali, cause now he can rest knowing she's in good hands.

Sera: Bu-Bye.

Atreus himself was quite concern over the idea but knowing why he did such acts and the actual true reason he decided not to speak and agree with the idea. Now they were leaving but along with them from behind came the storm that would turn the waste land into the ice age.

Eve: Dad, Dad. Can we meet Grandpa again?

Atreus: Yeah, once we find a proper alright?

Eve: Ok.

Commander Strive is now doing task, after the meeting he has now been forced to give the task of bringing White Wolf to Ardyn, he will still assist Atreus through the place but this time just that while Ardyn is sent to fetch him up personally.

Strive: Urgh, Some times I really should have just retired early.

Chifuyu: But if you did then who will take over ARES and Apostle?

Turning back he was meet with fellow commander Chifuyu. They both had quite the relation really with both being almost like siblings even more then Tsuyoshi.

Strive: maybe someone more willing then me.

Chifuyu: More willing? Pls like anyone can be more willing that you. Do you really think there is a person sane enough to be willing to even speak with the White Wolf?

Strive: Heh, you have a point there. But really the only reason I'm even remotely able to is because I've been in missions with him.

Chifuyu: Hm? You never told me that?

Strive: I never told anyone and for good reasons. Now get going, I don't want to get nagged again for not following Tsuyoshi's order.

Atreus was now walking down the ruined streets and with the help of the GPS had reached a highway that lead to the seas. A good being that from the GPS it also leads to other smaller towns with was good but if ever needed they can easily escape through the forest but highly risky even with A GPS. It was here they heard a sound which jumped the kids, all for hem hiding behind Atreus while he just stood there no even flinching cause after years of fighting he knew what to come wasn't anything scary in facts it was just an deer.

Atreus: It's ok, just a deer.

The girls was scared of it still hiding behind Atreus as he moved forward except Kai'sa whom scared it off using her shoulder pads. This was a shock since Atreus never really knew what the shoulder pads was for until now where it shot multiple glowing energy like missiles at the deer. None of them hit but it scared the deer away making Atreus wide eyes from the sudden demonstration of power.

Atreus: Kai'sa.

Kai'sa whom looked up to Atreus gave a concern look.

Atreus: I would suggest that you let me handle things next time. Don't use that unless needed alright and that wasn't needed.

Kai'sa just nodded before Atreus sighed.

Atreus: Well let's continue.

The journey up ahead was vast. What would await them our there? Enemies, friends, creatures and mother nature a guess the only way is to follow them right?
