The mansion was completely breathtaking. My first thought was castle. The roof had turrets and the stone covering the outside of it gave it a castle feeling. There was so many large, beautiful windows. I had never seen such a large home.

I knew I couldn't let Theseus see how impressed I was, so I played it cool. He leaned over to me, smiling smugly. "Do you like my home?" He whispered. I wouldn't make eye contact with him. Instead, I continued to stare out the window. I shrugged my shoulders nonchalantly. Eventually, however, I could no longer keep up the silent treatment. Unwillingly, I turned towards Theseus. He was evaluating me, and again, I started to feel self conscious. His eyes were boring into mine, but his gaze quickly started to shift over my body.

I scooted away from him as much as I could in the small space. An evil grin lit up his face, and he said, mischievously, "we'll finish what we started later." His warm breath was on my face, and unwillingly, I found myself leaning towards him. I quickly jerked back, realizing my mistake. Theseus grinned again, he seemed to do that a lot, and opened the car door.

Once out, he offered me a hand. I rolled my eyes at him and got out of the car by myself. Theseus look annoyed, but I ignored him. I looked around the sprawling, spacious property for a way out. Theseus seemed to guess my motives immediately because he responded, "this property is enclosed by a gate." Yeah, like that would stop me. "Which is manned by a guard." Darn. "And the fence is ten feet high." Oh my gosh, why did he have his property so well-guarded? He must have been afraid of an assassination attempt. I could sympathize with that. My dad always had to have a bodyguard with him. "Whatever." I responded, rolling my eyes. I started to walk towards the entrance of the mansion.

Theseus walked next to me. I could feel the heat of his body radiating onto my skin. He smelled like expensive cologne. The smell was nice. I forced myself to ignore it, instead saying, "Well, since you've made it clear that there is no way on Earth to escape, are you going to show me your house?"

I made my voice sound bored, not interested, but inside, I really was curious about his house. It was so BIG and spacious and beautiful and..... I stopped myself, reminding myself that Theseus was a kidnapper and I shouldn't be impressed by anything associated with him.

"That was the plan." He told me, wrapping his arm around my waist. I struggled with all I had to get loose. Theseus kept a death grip on me. When I started to claw at him, he squeezed my waist so hard the air was knocked out of me. My breath came out in a "whoosh!"

I tried to regain normal breathing. Once I could again breathe normally, I glared at Theseus. "Let me go. Now." Venom dripped off of my words, but Theseus just ignored me, instead saying, "I'm showing you the house, Helen, just like you asked me to." I gritted my teeth, frustrated he had used my own words against me. And then he led me to his house, keeping a firm grip around my waist and leading me up the front steps into the castle.

And the whole time, I couldn't stop thinking about what he'd said in the limo. "We'll finish what we started later." He'd said. I shivered. I had to escape.
