Uh-oh. That can't be good. A girl with pure white hair, wearing a semi-revealing black dress was sitting right outside of Eric's apartment. How did she find this place? Dang it, I wished I had more information on her.

I glanced at Eric. His face was full of anger, hate, and was quite the look for a murderer. It suited him, just as it would any murderer.

The only thing was that it was directed towards the one currently known, unknown variable. Vanessa.

She was also one of the only things that made me loose my cool and wish that I could melt into a puddle every time I saw her. I sat lower in the seat in a futile attempt to hide myself.

It was useless. She had already seen me and set her eyes on me. Oh joy, I had another meeting with Miss Terrifying. My body shivered at the mere sight of her. I unconsciously whimpered.

Eric noticed this, and tightened his fists' grip on the wheel. His glare intensified, making even me back away from him. I backed away as far as I could in a car. When he glared like that, he was frightening.

Just like a violent kitten who suddenly turned into a blood thirsty tiger. Big difference between earlier and now. I gulped. Scary...

He would be a threat, only if he was armed. I didn't know what he was planning, but since he had asked for permission to kill her, I was pretty sure he was aiming to kill her. However, seeing him like this made me shudder. I thought that after everything I would be used to this kind of thing, but apparently not.

Eric parked the car, and hastily climbed out of it, locking me inside. I could've gotten out, but I chose to stay inside. If he chose to kill her and was discovered, I could lie and say that he kidnapped me.

Not a very convincing lie for someone that had the looks of Itzal, but whatever. I wouldn't have to worry about that unless he killed her outside. If he killed her inside, I guess it would be better. There wouldn't be any eyewitnesses.

I shivered, and quietly watched the exchange between the two.

When Vanessa saw Eric, his expression soured. Meanwhile, Eric stared at her with intent to kill. Two freaks confronted in front of my eyes.

"Give me Itzal. He is mine. He doesn't belong to you." Vanessa demanded.

"No. Why would I give you someone when I don't control him? He controls himself, and if he doesn't come with you willingly, then leave him alone." Eric instructed.

Vanessa scowled. "He is mine. Not yours, not his. All mine."

"No, he is his own person. Get it through that thick skull of yours and get the hell out of here."

This led to a fierce stand off between the two. I swear, I could see electricity spark between the two. It was insane. Insane, terrifying, and slightly amusing.

"Leave. Now." Eric stated.

"Not without Itzal." She growled. "He is mine, so give him back."

They snarled and growled at each other like two wild animals fighting over territory. This Itzal guy was really popular with the wrong crowds. If only he could have been popular with a normal crowd instead.

Unfortunately, he attracted an assortment of madmen. I guess the saying birds of a feather flock together is true. This guy was living proof.

Vanessa started to run towards the car towards me. She really meant business. I slouched further in the seat, as if that was going to keep me safe from her.

Eric chased after her, yelling threats and insults at her as he ran. She simply ignored him, and began to hit the windshield with a large rock. I crawled to the back of the car, opened the door, and fled.
