Baji?! Explain?

Baji walked beside his newly regain vice-captain, Chifuyu to the hospital in silent. They decided to visit the little self-sacrificing troublemaker idiot who thought receiving the knife in his stomach for other people is a good idea.

Baji was thankful though, not everyone was willing to receive a stab for others. He decided Takemichi was one of a kind.

When they arrived, they immediately made a turn to the faux-blonde's room. Takemichi's eyes brightened when he saw them stepped into his hospital room.

"Baji-kun! Chifuyu-kun! You guys came!"

The smile Takemichi gave them was enough to blind them for a moment. Chifuyu was the one who recovered first. He didn't want Akihiko coming for his neck anytime soon, no thanks. Speaking of him-

"Where is Akihiko-san? He's not here?" Chifuyu asked while taking a seat beside Takemichi's bed. It's rare for the older to not be with his baby brother. He really didn't want to meet the older yet, he failed to protect his baby brother after all.

Baji was confused, he wondered who Akihiko was. He guessed that he was the rumored big brother so he just shrugged his confusion off.

"Aki-nii? he's at work! He wanted to stay but I said no" Takemichi pouted.

Chifuyu and Baji sweatdropped at how the older listened to this little guy. Though Chifuyu and Baji couldn't keep a little blush on their cheeks from appearing when they saw the cute pout.

"So, you're alone?" Baji asked.

"Yep!" Takemichi said with a popped 'p' at the end "But he leave Stanley to protect and take care of me!"

They didn't know who Stanley was but they guessed it must be someone Takemichi knew since he was so cheerful when he said it. No one would be cheerful when strangers would take care of them.

They ignored a little movement in Takemichi's hospital clothes from the corner of their eyes.

Baji, decided to move to main topic they needed to discuss, said "Takemitchy, I'm sorry, you got hurt for me. Thank you" He said in the most gentle way he could.

Chifuyu looked at his captain shocked. It's rare for Baji to just apologize to others even if he's at fault.

Takemichi just being Takemichi, waved his concerns off and said "You're important Baji-kun! So it's fine!" He shot him the best smile he could to reassure the long-haired male.

Blood rushed to Baji's cheeks, getting them warmer. It's nice to hear people said you're important to them.

Their visit to the hospital was filled with some laughter and light-talked. Seeing the beautiful smile stretched on Takemichi's lips, They wouldn't want it any other way.

It was weekend, Baji was bent over his desk trying but failing to make his mathematics homework given by the teachers. He would lay in his bed thinking about a certain blue eyes blonde but he really didn't want to fail his test again. He really wanted to make his mother happy.

His concentration to study was ruined by the door to his room being slammed open. The culprit stood there with his shining green-eyes, Matsuno fucking Chifuyu.

Before Baji could say anything, the undercut-blonde sprinted towards him and grabbed his arms rushing out from his house.

Baji was dumbfounded and he could barely hear Chifuyu told his mother that they were going to Takemichi's house. Surprisingly, his mother was quite fond of the boy and he didn't know how his mother knew him. Wait-
