Battle Scars

Ch 23

I ran to the bad side of town. There I would fine Mark, Nick, Owen, Mackenzie, and Katie but she likes to be called KT. As I got close to where they hand out I broke my run into a walk. I turned the corner to find them all sitting there around a little garbage fire.

Mark stood to be 6’ 2” and had regular length dirty blond hair. His eyes were gray/blue. He is strong and is a fast runner thanks to his long legs. He had a few tattoos on his arms and a nose piercing.

Nick stood to be 6’ exactly. he had dark brown hair that was ear length. He had green hazel eyes with a lip piercing. He was scrawny and could really throw a punch. He had a python snake tattoo going up his left arm.

Owen stood to be 5’ 11.5” tall. He had really dark hair and was tan. His hair was not a buzz cut. It was longer than that with a quiff in the front going to the right. He unlike Mark and Nick, did not have any tattoos or piercing.

Mackenzie is 5’ 4” tall. She was a lot shorter than everyone else. She had blonde hair that went a little longer past her shoulders . She had a 2 of 3 with an arrow through it tattoo at the nape of the neck. Not very athletic person but can really shoot a gun from long distance.

Katie also known as KT has long dark brown hair that was mid back that was straight as straight can be. She stood to be 5’ 5” and her face was covered with freckles. Her specialty was shooting a gun from short distance with good accuracy.

“Hey guys” I yelled to them while jogging to get to them. The looked to see who it was then smiled when they saw me. “Well well well if it isn't it Alex.” Nick said with a smirk.  I rolled my eyes playfully. “Haven’t seen you in a while so tell me, what's been going on in this crazy world?”

I laughed, Nick was always one to get someone to laugh at the most randomest things. “Lets see… Aleshia got murdered my Max, I meet some few friends, got attacked by Jack, Zayn, Niall, Jimmy and Ryan, I killed Jimmy and Ryan, Zayn and Niall are new to Max’s gang, Zayn made a gash down my leg but thats heald now. I think thats it.” I ponder for a moment then start again, “Wait I almost forgot! Jack stood up for me and almost got his bloody brain blown out by Max because of it.” This shocked the group.

“Wait.. Jack. Like Jack, Max’s best friend and head….. Betrayed him?” KT asked. I nodded my head. Everyone was shocked. “I don’t trust him fully yet.”

“Well why would you trust him! With all hes done I would NEVER trust him!” Mark yelled. “He did keep me from killing one of my friends today. And ran after me when I ran off.” I say looking at the fire.

“Wait you almost killed one of your friends today? God no wonder you have not friends! Anyways one who are your friends and who did you almost kill. Two why did you almost kill him and run? And three WHY IS YOUR ARM BLEEDING!!” Mark said staring at me. His eyes like lazors.

“Well Liam, Harry, Louis and Emily are the people I live with. I almost killed Liam when I went into no control stage because Liam drugged me without telling me to help me sleep because I have been so stressed. Seance I almost killed him I felt ashamed and I was angry with myself so I ran but before I did I… I... “ I lifted up my sleeve to show them. These 5 people left Max when I did. They were only there if I was in the gang.  This side of town is where Max does not bother with. Its rundown and a bunch of fighting and drug stuff.

Max only comes to this side to get a good fight and a fight only. The five of them shook their heads in dismay. “You can’t keep running from your problems Alex. It will do no good.” Owen says to me. He out of all of them is the wisest I think.

“Why don’t you go back Al ya? Look past this. If they don’t then they aren't your friend. Go home Alex.” Mackenzie told me. I shook my head. “I just wanna stay here for a while and just hang with you guys if thats ok.” They just nod their heads. Then I hear it.
