Breath in, Breath out,
A quick breath shortened now,
Breath in, Breath out,
Everything is fine, so what do you worry about?
Breath in, Breath out,
Heavy hands began to shake, or have they been this way?
Breath in, Breath out,
Breath in, Breath out,
They can't hear me, no one is around,
Breath in,
My mind is racing, everything becomes hazy
Breath out,
And the world feels still
Breath in,
Has time stopped, has the world gone still?
Breath out,
Is that a figure in the distance?
Or is that frigmate of my imagination
Breath in,
I hear them call my name, the world is muffled as my mind is still hazed,
Breath out,
I asked for an embraced, and for once I felt safe,
Breath in,
They whispers comforting words in my ear,
Sweet whispers that only I hear,
Breath out,
No longer alone, everything feels light,
A loose embrace as my breathing slows,
"Everything is going to be okay" I heard them whisper,
With those words I finally close my eyes,
Greeted by the dream world,
For once I felt alright.
