Two pairs of mismatching blue eyes scanned the area before them. Everyone was getting ready for the show. There wasn't much those eyes could do but watch. Their owners were too young and tiny to help. The least the pair could do was watch or feed the animals before it was time to preform. They at least could do that.

Soon, those eyes glowed with a mischievous light, narrowing in on the ringleader. Just as they had done that, one of their tricks had sprung up and sprayed the plump man. He had cried out in shock before lightly dusting himself of the baby powder.

The other circus people around him blinked in surprise before chuckling a little. The two who had set it up grinned madly, bellowing out happy laughter. The big man chuckled more with a shake of his head. This was the twins favorite prank, and a simple one to clean up too.

"Boys." There was laughter in a woman's voice as she walked over to them.

Before she could reach them, they sprung out of their hiding spot and raced around her, laughing their loud laugh. In the dark, it'd be a creepy sort of laugh, but it was interesting, nonetheless.

The mother of the twins covered her smiling mouth, watching as they ran away. They were carefully to not bump into anyone, nor get in someone's way. It was adorable as they ran around, laughing and cheering.

The twins jumped and ran across some boxes before flipping and landing near the animals. The pair swiftly summersaulted and cartwheeled around the cages, the animals greeting them with roars and trumpets and neighs.

The boys grinned to each other before doing a flip with a twist in the middle. The smaller of the two missed the timing and landed on his back with the other landing perfectly on his feet.

The pair stared at each other from the different height and area they landed. It wasn't long before both of them were giggling and laughing once more. Swiftly, the smaller twin was pulled to his feet and the two were off running again.

After pulling a few more harmless pranks and jokes, they were told they were needed up front. At first, they thought they were in trouble; the circus was getting close to having guests. Yet, that worry dissipated as they saw their eccentric aunt and uncle waiting for them by their parents and the ringleader.

The smaller twin's smile grew as he saw them. Releasing his grip on his twin's hand, he raced toward the new pair of grown-ups. Quickly, the icy-blue eyed boy was picked up and squeezed by the pair. Once they spotted the other twin, they happily done the same thing to the other.

The taller twin made a slight face. He didn't really like the two too much, he found them a little too weird. They claimed to be scientists, but all they seem to talk about is ghosts. His brother didn't really care about that, saying he wanted to be as smart as them. The bigger twin didn't mind this, just as long as his brother didn't go crazy like their aunt and uncle.

Quickly the adults began talking, the twins staying nearby though not listening to a single word. Soon, the adults turned to them.

"Do either of you want to go with Maddie and Jack for the week?" The father smiled softly at the twins.

"I do!" The icy-blue eyed boy cried out, bouncing on the balls of his feet. It wasn't often the two were given a chance to spend time with their aunt and uncle.

The other twin made a soft face, he didn't want to go with them. Not when it was so close to them perform in the show! This was the time that the smaller twin was to perform with them in front of an actual audience! He then began to pout. Quickly, he hugged his brother, pulling the other's head to lay on his shoulder.

"Do you really want to go?" He asked, his pout growing.

The smaller twin gave a nod, hugging his twin happily. He smiled brightly as he giggled a little.

"Uh-huh! When I'm back, we'll train lots!" He chirped happily.

The taller twin whined a little, but he nodded. The twins hugged once more then slowly pulled away. It wasn't long before the shorter twin was leaving with his aunt and uncle. The twins grinned widely and happily, waving at each other happily, even if it felt sad to see the other leaving.

That was the last time the two had seen each other for many years.
