"yes . im very sorry boss ." jay apologized as his boss had found out he skipped work .
he was asked to go back to work and he obeyed . he was in between upset and angry . he was on the verge of tears which , he didnt know why he wanted to cry . the bells on the entrance jingled n jay wiped away the tears that were about to fall . he faked a smile and walked up to the counter
"hi welcome to starbucks how may i help you ?" jay greeted
"hello , can i get one caramel macchiato ?" the customer ordered
for the first time in his life working there , jay looked up at the customer . their voice was so soft and sweet . jay looked at the customer and saw a beautiful girl with long brown hair and eyes that caught his attention . he lost focus . she was absolutely beautiful in his eyes . he finally snapped out of his daydream and cleared his throat
"alright , can i get your name ma'am ?" jay asked
"jungmi , jeon jungmi" she smiled
jay wrote down her name and nodded
"alright , i'll call your name when your order is ready" jay added
jungmi nodded and stood near the entrance waiting for her drink . jay was losing focus when making jungmi's drink , he couldnt stop thinking about her long brown hair and eyes as brown as coffee . her sweet and soft voice echoed through his mind . he was finally done with her drink and he gave it to her afterwards . he watched as her body figure disappeared from his sight and he sighed
"whats going on with me ?" he asked himself
after his shift was over , he went home . as usual , his parents were eating dinner when he entered the house
"hello honey , how was work ?" jay's mum asked
"it was good . i saw a beautiful girl today , she had long brown hair and brown eyes . her voice is sweet and soft ." jay said describing the girl he saw earlier
his parents was shocked , jay has never came home and told them about a girl .
"do you know her name ?" jay's father asked
"jungmi , jeon jungmi ." jay replied
"what a beautiful name she has" jay's mum added
jay nodded and proceeded to go to the bathroom .
"is this it honey ? has our son found the one ?" jay's mum asked in excitement
"we cant be too excited yet , we dont know if this girl is the one . jay doesnt believe in love ."
