Rose knew: She must help him. But she can't just go inside, she has to wait for a good timing. She was waiting and waiting, hearing the stomps continue. Didn't seem like anyone is concerned, everyone is still asleep.

Inside, the guards had trouble controlling all giants: "I wish the king would've just killed this one", said one. "I'll go get backup, can you hold them alone?". "Don't talk, just go!". One of the two guards rushed for the exit, lowered the barrier and flew to the king. "Perfect!", Rose thought and used this opportunity to sneak inside. Once inside, she flew along the gigantic corridors until she saw the lonely guard trying his best to control the giants. Rose looked around: There must be hundreds, maybe even thousands of giants, from varying sizes, both height and width. They're all locked behind cells. Some seemed to be barely clinging onto life by a thread.

She took the opportunity to secretly heal some of the weak giants, making it much more difficult for the guard. Rose noticed the magic, covering the cuffs on the giants and started to undo the spells. She's still inexperienced, especially with a complex spell like this but she gave it her best.

Meanwhile, the guard grew desperate and started harming Ben and other giants: "Stop now, you beasts! Stop, I said!". Ben is in pain but won't give up so easily. He gives his all with the stomps and speeds up his rhythm. The other giants follow. The prison starts to shake heavily, caused by the power the giants are producing. On top of that, the freed giants broke out of their cells, thanks to Rose removing the magic on their cuffs. She still has a hard time undoing the spells on the cuffs.

"Come on, quickly now", she mumbled to herself. Ben and other giants scream in pain: "Oh no, I have to help!", Rose thinks. She did what she could. She tries to heal Ben but the guard would just damage him again, making it pointless. She wouldn't have enough time to try and undo the spell on the cuffs so she risked it all. She tries to use magic on the guard himself. She assumes a stance, channels all her power into a paralysing spell and aims at the guard, who notices the concentrated power but it's too late already. Rose hit him! He can't move anymore and without that he can't hold back the raging giants anymore.

Since Rose has to use her full power and concentration to keep the guard in place, she went visible again. "It's you, bug!", said Ben with joy. Rose couldn't risk losing focus and didn't answer. She thinks to herself: "Now the giants can free themselves". Everything seemed good. Too good. With the last of her strength, Rose redirects the power of her spell to the cuffs of Ben, breaking them and the spell on them instantly. "Oh my, the power in this little fairy", said the guard. Rose fell on the floor, exhausted. Ben uses this moment to rush the guard and squeeze him to make him fall unconscious. Ben runs to Rose and carefully picks her up. "Thank you, bug. I'll look after you".

All of a sudden Ben heard screams of pain where the entrance is located. Rose tries to tell Ben something but she's too far away. Ben holds her closer to his ear: "The.. king.. run", she said before fainting. Ben didn't know what to do now. Should he run and escape, leaving behind everyone still trapped? Or try and fight the king to have a chance to save everyone? "Silence, monster!", he heard someone shout down the hall. Is this the king? He managed to freeze him before, he can't take him on alone.

"Stay down, beast", Ben heard, followed by painful screams. "Out of all, you're the biggest monster here, you-", tired to say a giant before screaming in pain again. "What was that? Thought so. Guard. Kill this this filth".

Ben heard enough. He stepped around the corner, both the guard and Rose in his hands. The king looked at him and starts to charge an attack. "Die". Ben holds the fairies up: "I will kill these fairies if you try anything". "That's fine", the king replies: "As long as we'll kill all of you, I'm not worried". He fires his beam, aiming directly at Ben's heart. But Ben thinks quick and uses the guard to protect himself, killing the guard in the process.

"Hm, he wasn't much of use anyway", the king said. Knowing he has little time left, Ben rushes the king as fast as he can. At the same time the king charges his second attack, much more powerful than the first: "Even if you block this with the other fairy, it'll pierce through her, still hitting you. This is your end, filth".

Suddenly, the second guard speaks: "Not much of use?! He used all his power to protect you!". In a fit of rage the guard fires his most powerful attack in the back of the king, causing him to stumble forward. The power difference between the two made the attack only sting. Turning around, the king says to the guard: "Feel free to join hi-", but is unable to finish his sentence. Ben rushed the king and does what he's best at. Stomping him into the ground, killing him instantly.

The second guard, shocked that his king got defeated so easily, made his escape. "Good that they are weak to good, ol' gravity", laughed Ben. With the king dead, all protective spells fade away. The chains on the giants no longer were magically reinforced and they freed themselves. One after the other they made their way out of the prison with Ben still holding an exhausted Rose in his hands.
