BACKGROUND:
Reader is about 20 and tobin for this story is 26.
The reader is a rugby player for Ireland. Only Alex knows about tobin and y/n.
Third person
Today both tobin and Y/N had a game. Tobins game was the womens world Cup. And Y/Ns was against England. However that didn't stop Y/N from being there for Tobin. From video calling every night to texting each other every minute of the day.
However today she was extra nervous as she didn't have her boyfriend/girlfriend with her. Even her teammate could tell how nervous she was just by how off she was. She wasn't playing as good as she normally would and she seemed very quite , which made the team worry so alex decided to call Y/N.
Alex Y/N
Hey, do u know whats wrong with Tobin? She seems a bit off today. At first I thought it was just nerves but it seems a bit more than that.
Hey. I don't know what u mean. She seemed fine when we hung up last night. Are you sure its just not nerves?
Idk it could be anything but we will keep an eye on her for you.

After I receive a text from Alex. I decided to phone tobin before her game starts.

Are u OK?
Yeah, why wouldn't I be?

Y/N's game had just finished. Just as the second half of tobins had started. Once changed and showered y/n rushed over to tobins game as fast as they could. Getting there in time for the 60th minute. Just as tobin scored. At the end of the game y/n ran over to tobin and engulfed her in a hug. Tobin realising who it it turns round in her arms and kisses her like there no-one else in the room.
Finally realising her team mates are there she decides its time to tell them.
