We were in a carriage with two other Princesses. Lucy and Fiona Bascan they were sisters I think only 1,2 years in age difference and clearly too young to be on their own. 

/Ciel can you give me more information about the Bascan Empire?/ I asked Ciel and she made an smug face. 

/Of course Master. The  Bascan Empire declined to be part of the Kingdome of Dwaenia. Then they were at war with each other for a few years. But duo to the fact that the Bascan Empire holds most of the mines were the Crystal's for the summoning Magic are mined the Kingdome of Dwaenia and Bascan Empire signed a non aggressive pact that the Bascan Empire needs to give up 30% of Crytals to the Kingdome./ 

/hoo I see so the main product of that Empire are those Crystals?/ 

/Yes the Bascan Empire is located in the South 60% of the Empire is located in the mountains and 40% of the mountains  are called white desert duo to the cold and fact that there is allways snow. The remaining 40 % is where the most bigger towns are located/

/Mhh .. so 40% are not habitable?/ 

/Wrong Master the white desert is where most of the mines are also there are living humans quite comfortable duo to the work and silence they have. After all no Army or outsiders really can reach them and they earn good money/ Ciel explained 

'That's quite something hahaha normally such places are abbondoned' I thought and looked out of the carriage 'So it's a colder region huh?' 

We were currently driving through wasteland , I guess that's were the war was at his climax. 

'I need to think of something we will do in the future' I thought 

/I recommend the creation of a Nation/ Ciel said reading my thoughts. I was quite suprised why should she create a nation and it picked my interest. 

/Master could use the Wasteland , it was abbondoned by the Bascan empire/ Ciel said with a proud face 

'Mhh .. I understand what she means but .. we wouldn't have many citizien and this is wasteland ..' I thought 

/Negativ. Located Crystal deposits and Demi-Human Tribes as well as Humans that are left living in the destroyed villages/ Ciel said

"Rimuru is something ?" Lydia asked me 

"Ah no it's nothing Lydia , but when we arrived I would like to talk to you" I said and she nodded 

"Do you let him usally walk around Lydia?" It was Fiona who asked 

"Mhh? Ah you mean Rimuru ? Yes I do" Lydia said "I something wrong with that Princess ?"

"N-N-No of course not" she said and blushed slightly 

'Don't say me she loves me ' I thought a bit annoyed because I could feel Ciel's Killingintend. 

"We will soon arrive at the borders of Bascan" Lucy said "And then we soon will be in the capital" she said happy 

"Is the capital near the border?" Lydia asked

"Yes you are right the Capital is near the new borders after all a huge piece of our land are mountains you know" she answered

After 3 hours since we entered the wasteland we arrived at the borders and then it wasn't that long and we were able to see the City walls of the Capital called City of Ice Everwinter.
