Hey guys, it's been a while, huh?
Anyways, I listened to the FUTURE HEARTS album by All Time Low while writing this :)
Hope you enjoy:After what felt like ages of just standing there, staring as the sun sets, we decided to walk a bit further. Rebekka said there was something she wanted me to see.
As we were walking, our hands still intertwined, her mind seemed to trail off once again and I chose to rather stay quiet.
By the time we reached a insanely long bridge, Rebekka's mood started to rise again. She smiled at me with a cheerful smile and told me we arrived at our destination.
I stared at the bridge, above us now, and smiled as well.
"Sick", was all I was managed to say. The beach itself, was partly sandy and partly stony but it was beautiful, I have to admit.
It's still weird to feel the way that I feel when I'm around her, to be honest. I'm not used to actually being happy. I'm not used to feel anything at all, actually.
I know that everyone in this world got their burden to carry with them but sometimes I wonder what mine actually is. And what is Rebekka's burden?
The image of her crying in my arms was creeping in my mind again and I tried to push it to the back of my mind. I should not deal with this now. I should enjoy this time with her being happy and me being..whatever it is.
As I slowly got back into reality, I recognized Rebekka was sitting on one of the bigger stones under the bridge and stared into my direction.
I sat down next to her and placed my arm around her waist. I could feel her light smile as I kissed the corner of her mouth softly.
"Are you alright?", her voice was more of a whisper but it was present.
"Yeah", I mumbled, turning my head to face the the water. "The waves are soothing".
She turned her head to the water as well after that and watched the waves crash against the material of the bridge.
"Yeah? Why's that?", she asked, staring at the water.
"It's what I feel like", I said in a monotone voice. "I feel like these waves that are trying their hardest to reach these stones we're sitting on. They try and try and try so hard, just to be pulled back again and again, just to be stopped by the bridge and to break into pieces because of it." It was quiet for a moment. I guess I catched her off-guard, so I added: "The worst part is. It's their own fault. The water itself is pulling them back and no one else""Well", she started, after another moment of silence. "You see..the waves are still trying"
I gave her a confused look.
"Like..even though they fail every time, they keep fighting. They never stop trying and hold on to the hope that someday they'll reach their stone"
After some time passed again, we started walking back to the car to go and get a hotel room somewhere near, if possible. Rebekka was talking about one of her professors in university, she seems to like her. Rebekka said she's always caring and trying to actually teach something that'll be remembered for a lifetime not just for the next semester. I immediately adore that woman, she seems nice and joyful.
I saw the Mercedes in the distance already and we made our way into its direction. I was about to search for the keys as Rebekka reached out to my hands and pulled me closer to her, her back leaning at the car. I could feel my breathing getting heavier already and my heart beating faster as I got closer.
"Luke, look.. I don't know what it is that-", I interrupted her by pressing my lips on hers, I couldn't resist. She was surprised at first and partly in shock but got into it real quick and her hands were running through my hair and all over my body, pulling and tugging at my shirt, again. Rebekka pulled away for a second to pull her own shirt off, eventually and I groaned, pushing her against the car even harder and crashing our lips once again. She gasped when her warm skin touched the cold car.
It took a few more seconds for me to pull my shirt off as well and lift Rebekka up. Her legs wrapping around my torso, hands touching my bare skin, I carried her to the front of the car, our lips never leaving eachother.
She soflty moaned my name into my mouth as my hands ran over her bottom. My lips wandered to her neck and she bent her body, still moaning.
