Taste of Love

CHAPTER 37

That night was a night to remember for the both of them, after their shared kiss- not much was said between the both of them. When they both entered their room, they noticed how bad the storm was. It still blew Taehyung's mind that it was so sunny today and at night there is a huge storm. 

Thunder was booming in the sky, lighting flashes were shown through the room. Taehyung was not a huge fan of storms, Jungkook did not really care about storms. Jungkook was in his bed already, eyes shut- tiredness catching up on him from the hike they had. 

Taehyung entered the room from the bathroom they shared, he saw Jungkook was asleep already so he grabbed his phone and slid under his covers. Shutting the curtain to try and stop seeing the lightning. 

But it did not work he cursed and turned to see Jungkook's back towards him and smiled, he stood from his bed and walked over to Jungkook's. He climbed over him and slid underneath the covers. 

He was now face to face with a very awake Jungkook who was staring back at him with a smile. Jungkook spread his arms and let Taehyung rest his head against his chest, blocking out the flashes on lighting. 

Jungkook had pulled the blankets over the male so it would be easier for the male to sleep. That night they had fallen asleep so quickly in each others arms. The week had gone by so quickly and before they knew it they were packing up. 

Already on the way to the airport after saying bye to all their new friends, it was quite sad in all honesty. Sometimes when your on holiday you look forward to being in your own bed and being around things that are normal for you. 

But it was the complete opposite for them all, they did not wanna leave- Jimin and that did not want to either. When they were waiting for the plane Jungkook's mother called out to them all to follow her. 

As they followed her through one of the staff doors and out the back to see the plane waiting for them. Taehyung looked confused until Jin said "Its her private plane" 

'Of course' Taehyung thought smiling, once they were on the plane they all picked what seats they wanted to sit on he was sitting next to Jimin and facing Jin and Namjoon. 

Jun was on his lap fast asleep, he wanted to spend time with 'his TaeTae' since he did not get to all trip since 'Kookie was with him all the time' Taehyung gushed over the cute little boy, he found his family and he was so grateful for it. 

Jimin and Jin were both currently complaining about leaving, they hated this part of the trip every year- the leaving part. At times he made eye contact with Jungkook, but they both would turn away a little shy.

They had not really spoken much about the kiss, they both knew that they did not regret it. Which was a nice feeling- their feelings for each other were definitely obvious now, especially towards each other. 

Once the plane landed and they were back in Korea, they all went home saying they would see each other at school the next day, It was crazy that summer break just went like that. It always goes by so fast. Everyone that went on the trip was moody, no one wanted to come back. Even Taehyung's father. 

When they got home his mother was not there, the house was a mess which pissed his father off. "The least she could do is clean" He said "Or is the our job aswell, like she does not even work" His father cursed out.

Taehyung was glad that his father was finally being able to see what was going on, how is mother was using him and everyone that actually cared for her. She only cares about money and being famous or whatever. She never cared about him, or his father. 

"Lets unpack our stuff and clean up" Taehyung said 

After they finished packing and cleaning, they were both tired. They decided to order take out at sit in Taehyung's room to eat it. "When do you sort the divorce stuff?" He asked him

"Im gonna gather the papers tomorrow and then get her to sign it"

"Are you gonna keep the house?" Taehyung asked

"Thats something I wanted to talk to you about" His father said placing his drink down 

"Jungkook's mother offered me a job to become her manager, we use to work together before and she knows how hard working and organised I am so she offered me a job"

"Thats awesome dad, I am so happy for you" Taehyung smiled

"Thanks Tae, she has shops all over the world but she got offered to move her main building for a lot of cash so she took it and she is planning to move her main building to Whitianga" His father said

"What?! New Zealand?" Taehyung asked "Where we just were?" He asked again only to receive a nod. 

"Wow thats amazing, will you move there with her?" Taehyung asked 

"Yeah, she had a bach there so I will stay there till I can find my own place" His father said 

"What about Jun, me and Kook?" 

"Jun will be going with her, Jungkook does not know yet- she will be telling him today, and for you its up to you if you wanna come with me, Elane said that there is many rooms at the bach so there will be space if you would consider that"

Taehyung nodded 

"I will think about it" He smiled

"Great" His father smiled back
