"Oh yeah..." -she began saying before she took a sip of her peach drink. Kevin looked at her curiously. "...we could play Among Us! I have it on my phone."
"That would be awesome! Let's play it!" -he replied eagerly.
They both rushed over to the couch to sit down and play on their phones.
"I do have to warn ya, I'm pretty good at this!" -Kevin bragged.
"We'll see about that." -she replied with a smug smirk on her face.

Then they began playing. They kept framing others while they, themselves were the impostors and they were so successful that the other players barely suspected a thing. When Kevin was the impostor, he didn't kill Stella and vice versa.
"My intellectual genius is rubbing off on you I see." -he remarked with a smug smile on his face.
"We both have that criminal mastermind." -she snapped her fingers as she winked at him jokingly.
"Let's play another round!" -he said as he looked at her. She nodded, and that one round turned into twenty. Time flew by as they had fun, and soon it was 7 PM.
"Sweet of you for not killing me." -she said as they finished a victorious game and the screen showed Kevin being the impostor.

'Sweet of me...? Oh my...'
This thought formed in his head as he heard her call him sweet, slightly blushing at the compliment. Stella noticed his reaction and looked into one of his eyes and then into the other one, repeating the same motion quickly with her mouth very slightly open in surprise. She then averted her gaze and cleared her throat as she looked back at him.

"You hungry?" -she quickly asked trying to ease the situation.
"Now that you mention it... Yeah, kinda." -he laughed shyly. "We've been having so much fun that I straight-up forgot about eating and all that." -he added as he put down his phone on the coffee table that was in front of the couch.
"Happens to the best of us." -she laughed softly. "Being a gamer comes with forgetting to eat or drink every once in a while." -she joked. Kevin nodded as he laughed.
"I'll get something from the kitchen. You just stay where you are." -she explained.
"You're the boss." -Kevin replied.

After a moment, she returned with a plate full of grilled cheese sandwiches and placed it on the small table between the couch and the TV.
"Ooh, looks delicious!" -Kevin said as soon as she put the plate down. She smiled at him in response. Then they began munching on the sandwiches.

The sun was setting on the horizon, painting the sky with beautiful orange and blue hues. The sun's rays still glimmered on the tops of the highest trees and roofs of some houses. It was a calm evening, perfect for a walk as crickets chirped in the distance.

"They not only look but taste delicious!" -he remarked happily.
"Well, I appreciate you saying that." -she answered gratefully. Then they continued chatting about the Among Us game and how much fun they just had. Suddenly an idea popped into Stella's head...
"Do you mind if we were to go outside to light a fire?" -she asked as she finished the last piece of the second grilled cheese sandwich.

"You mean... arson?" -Kevin's expression turned serious.
"Oh god- no, no!" -she quickly replied as her eyes widened in surprise. "Obviously no!" -she laughed. "I meant lighting a fire in the fire pit. Just to... you know, enjoy the starry sky outside and hear the wood crackling as it burns to ashes."
"...that last sentence was a bit too descriptive." -he said, narrowing his eyes playfully. She scratched the back of her head as she let out a light-hearted laugh.
"But yes, I'm in!" -he said with a smile.
