Magic Shop
Silent hums through the cold night
In an ocean of tears I dive
Open up my soul to it's power
Maybe music can keep me alive?
Feeling lost and misunderstood
A shadow that suffocates me
Afraid to run away and finally breathe
Looking for the antidote of melody
Hymns of love ringing in my ears
Telling me its all right to cry
Maybe it hurts more to try to smile
Forget the pain and learn to fly
Save me before the night falls
Take me away from the crowds
Let me drown in those angelic harmonies
Find a heaven amidst the dark clouds
Somewhere where there are others like me
Through the woods of uncertainty I traverse
But embraced with the promise of hope
I float in this musical universe
It became my comforting haven
On days I want the pain to stop
The verse for the best of me
