"Lil? It is you!" He said as he pulled me closer to him, engulfing me in a hug. Unbeknownst to the pair of Dragon slayer's, as they continued to converse and bask in each other's presence, the magic council was closing in to detain those who has done wrong and endangered the world.

We had just arrived back at the guild and started celebrating for the defeat of the Oracion Sies as well as welcoming our newest guild member, Wendy, but something was wrong, I was sad. I don't even know why but it's like a part of me is missing, "hey lily why you sad for? We just got rid of a big threat" gray asked, throwing his arm over my shoulder, "gray. Your clothes." he jumped "HOW DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING??"he yelled walking away to find his missing clothes "he is right y'know" I heard from beside me.

I look up to see my brother having a drink, "you look like someone's died, so what's wrong?" "It's nothing like that, y'know that boy I told you about ages ago from there" he nodded but looked confused "yeah what about him?" "I found him but he's not the same and I feel lost" "how do you feel lost? Like numb, or is your brain just not working?" "I feel numb like a part that's supposed to be there is gone" I heard a gasp from in front of me, I looked up to see Mira squealing and fangirling "what?" "My sister-in-law found her soulmate" she squealed, hugging me over the bar.

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, YOU'RE NOT MARRIED YET!! Is that what that means? That I've found my soulmate?" I smiled lightly before it fell into a frown again "how do I tell who it is?" laxus patted my shoulder before ruffling my hair "you'll know when you find them" I thought about it before realization hit me and my face turned bright red "I think I know who" I mumbled under my breath fiddling with my hands.

"As your brother I should be the first one to know" he grinned "It's Erik" I said as my face turned even more red that steam started rising from my head "isn't that the name of that kid from that tower?" I nodded, "but how? You haven't seen him for years" I calmed down and bit my lip "not true, I saw him the other day but he's changed" my blush returned even darker this time as I pictured him smiling at me like he did before "what do you mean by 'he's changed'?"

"He used to be sweet and he wouldn't hurt anyone but he's changed, he's not the sweet little boy I used to know because he had no family, he didn't have what we do and he couldn't do anything about it" I broke down silently before Mira lead me and laxus to a separate room where no one would hear us as I continued to fiddle with my fingers "he's a villain, isn't he?" he said and I nodded while looking down

"I'm sorry" "why are you sorry?" "I'm sorry that I couldn't help him, that I was weak and I couldn't be there for him" laxus hugged me and ran his fingers through my hair as I sobbed silently "it's not your fault, you didn't know what was going to happen, you can't predict the future" "but I could've gone with him to prevent this or even bring him with me to where you found me" "I know but look on the bright side you found him again and he's your soulmate" he rubbed circles on my back as he comforted me.

"Arigato onii-san" I said before I felt something Boop my back, I turned and saw snowflake who looked sad as she placed her paw on my leg and nudging my arm. I giggled at her cuteness before stroking her soft, snow-white fur and gently holding her paw "I'm okay snow" I smiled as she layed her head on my lap believing me saying I was fine.

"Well what's next?" Mira asked with that contagious smile of hers, "what do you mean 'what's next'?" "he's your soulmate, correct?" I nodded and she continued "then I'm sure if you ask master he can make arrangements for you to visit him for a while then later on you and master can arrange a rehabilitation plan for him" the thought of the plan Mira had thought of made me smile "can we try?".
