Hell no one caught a glimpse of him. As soon as that alarm went off! everyone shut there eyes and hid in a corner. Just like foundation protocol says to in the event of a SCP-096 Security breach.
And yet that tall skinny big mouthed mother fucker kept ripping apart those who didn't even look in his general direction!
Why is the nature of this update so secretive!?
Like I get it! I'm only in security. It's not my position to ask questions, but If you knew how many guards were slaughtered here at this site!
All because you and your little lab rats couldn't keep SCP-096 Properly locked up.
Like hell! We followed your orders to properly contain SCP-096.
And that thing nearly Eviscerated this entire site!...You're a joke."

It is believed that later that evening Lieutenant Jackson committed suicide In his security office.

The Suicide note said this...

" Apparently someone had a picture of SCP – 096 Up on a refrigerator In the break room.
How it got there I do not know.
The only things that depict SCP-096 that are allowed to be on foundation Personnel with permission of course, are rough sketches and digital art.
There is to be no actual photographs or recordings of SCP-096.
Which is why I took the liberty of destroying the photograph. However, I'm already as good as dead. I had already looked at it before I destroyed it. I mean hell, I didn't even know I was looking at it until it was to late.
So I guess that explains why everyone else Who was in the area didn't stand a chance.
They didn't even know their life was in danger. For all they knew it could've Just been a random photo on the refrigerator that someone left...
