or information regarding said Scp is to only be available to those who have a clearance level of 04 or higher.
Due to the complexity, and mass scale of this particular Scp. Memory altering amnestics are secretly spread out in the city of Charlotte/North Carolina. These amnestics are put in things like food, and public water supplies.
Any leaks of "Oh Henrietta" are to be wiped clean from any device outside of the foundation
Full containment of this Anomaly is impossible at this time. However a cover story of a radiation leak has been placed at the entrance of Scp-[Redacted] along side with a tightly locked fence, that is to be Monitored at all times via security cameras.
A security, and detainment specialist Is to be Secretly on site at all times.

Description:
Scp-[Redacted] is a deserted bunker located in the outskirts of the city of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The exact location of said bunker is classified due to the sensitive nature of said Scp.
The outer layers seem to have been constructed using post world war 2 materials. However there is no city records of the bunker. When record keepers, historians, and public officials are asked about the bunker. None seem to have any recollection of its existence.
Inside Scp-[redacted] is a series of documents, and office supplies dating atleast to the early 1950's.
Majority of the contents in these documents do not match certain events matching our timeline concerning the early stages of the Cold War...
The contents within these documents is highly classified. Any attempts to gain access to these documents without 05 permission will result in Immediate termination.
Many Foundation researchers have come to the conclusion that these documents, along with the bunker may be from either a alternate timeline, Or some kind of temporal anomaly.
This anomaly still has leftover effects that occasionally lead to hallucinations of
[Data Expunged]
Going deeper into the levels of the bunker shows a series of tunnels leading to undocumented sewer systems.
These systems on occasion lead to main sewer lining. Rerouting of the sewer systems Within the North Carolina area of Charlotte is still on going.
Any entry beyond this point will require a 04 site researcher, and 05 council approval.
Once approval For testing, and exploring has been gained' Anyone who enters Scp-[Redacted] Must wear a foundation approved hazmat suit with At least two spare oxygen tanks.

Scp-[Redacted]- 01

Coated within these systems is a unknown black fungus that emits highly toxic yellow spores. On rare occasions these spores have been reported outside of the bunker at random, making it much more difficult to contain.
Any person outside of the foundation site Who is infected with Scp-[Redacted]-01 must be terminated, and have he/she's body incinerated.
When a subject comes in contact with these spores they will in about 1 hour experience symptoms like nausea, headache, Auditory hallucinations, and violent scratching around the body.
Later 90% of all subjects have expressed suicidal thoughts, paranoia, and emotionally explosive tendencies.
After approximately 5 hours, any subjects exposed to the fungus will Start oozing a mysterious black oily liquid from the nose, eyes, and mouth.
All testing so far Have concluded the liquid itself is not lethal. Although it is very infectious. Causing the same infection as the fungus.
Approximately 30 minutes after black liquid is exposed subject(s) will start showing signs of rashes and spores growing from the arms, legs, torso, and head.
Said subject will begin to become more hostile towards those who aren't infected.
Anywhere from 30-45 minutes later.
Those who are infected will lash out at almost anyone In the vicinity.
Whether it be physical, verbal, and even in one case sexual assault.
Small black tendril like roots will slowly grow from the throat, mouth, nose, and patches around the body. All while the mysterious black liquid leaks from the face, and eyes.
When lashing out at others. 100% of all subjects claim to be serving some kind of unknown entity they call "The Sick Mother" or in some cases "Ol' Henrietta".
It is not known if these are one or multiple entities.
At this point all cases of Scp-[Redacted]-01 must be exterminated, and have all remnants incinerated.

Scp-[Redacted]-02

Despite Having anomalies related to the Cold War, And a highly infectious fungal disease.
There is one more anomaly in this said Scp.
Perhaps the most dangerous.

Scp-[Redacted]-02 Is a highly unstable Cognito hazard that is far from Being fully understood.
Researchers have yet to conclude what causes this anomaly. As of right now what the foundation does know is It can happen at random to anyone exploring This particular Scp.
The symptoms of this Cognito hazard Are hard to spot at first taking the form of depression, anxiety or a overwhelming feeling of dread.
The symptoms will only Grow stronger as time goes on eventually leading to suicidal thoughts.
On occasion subjects Who have been infected by this Cognito hazard for more than two hours have proclaimed of hearing the voice of a woman of most likely English Descent.
Whether these claims are true or potentially the side effects of mass hysteria is still yet to be known. Further testing is still ongoing...
80% of all Infected subjects Who have been under the influence of Scp-[Redacted]-02 For more than 2 to 3 hours and have not left the bunker will In most cases kill or infect themselves with Scp-[Redacted]-01.
Before these actions most subjects will hysterically say phrases like...

"she's in my head" or "why did you do this to me Mother, I promise I've been good".

It is still not known If these phrases are directly correlated to the supposed entity "Ol' Henrietta".

It is believed that the mobile task force team that was sent into the bunker are "KIA". What the team found however is believed to be a potential XK class end of the world scenario from an unknown entity.
