First day of work

So, it had been about a week since I've been resting from my indisposed state of health. I felt good enough to walk at this point, so after taking a bath and putting my clothes on I decided to step out of my room. As soon as I did, I heard the most deafening wailing, like a child sobbing? I tried to search for the source of the sound, I jumped from door to door until I reached a narrow hallway with 4 doors and a chair sitting at the end of the hall. I checked the 2nd door to the right, and I was shocked by what I saw, a small child crying.

I went into the room and went up to the child that was bawling in a fetal position. I asked "What's wrong? How come your crying, want me to get your father?" I questioned

I assumed this was one of the children William has, but why was he crying? "No!" He shouted in a quite fearful tone

"Huh, how come?" I asked. Why was this kid so afraid, what could be wrong?

"He doesn't care what Michael does, he lets him bully me." He cried out

Well, that's weird, but also not my business, I guess I should just leave it alone.

With that, I closed the door and went to find William. But, as soon as I turned to go out of the room, there he appeared. How could he have been so quiet? Was he there the whole entire time???

"Oh, hey um I can exp-" he cut me off

"No need, but I have a uniform for your job, you'll be starting today." He handed me an apron with a shirt and pants, the collared shirt had the logo of the restaurant and it read "Fazbears Pizza" under it. I went off to my room and put the uniform on, I was really gonna work at this kid's place. I guess it's better than nothing, a job, and a place to stay, pretty good deal. Not like anything bad could happen at some kids restaurant.

I got into his car to go to work, and the drive was dead silent. I began saying something but I decided against it, it really wasn't my business what happens in his house I guess.

"He needs to be taught a lesson." William said breaking the deafening silence

I stayed silent, I honestly had no clue what I was meant to say.

"Evan, he needs to stay out of things. I let Michael pick on him so he'll listen."

I was somewhat bewildered, who would do that? Let your kid torment his sibling, seemed pretty unjustified.

We arrived at the pizzeria, it was empty. But I guess it was too early for anyone to be here. So, William told me how to work the register and serve the food. I was surprised I didn't have to cook, as that's the only certification I had.

So I asked, "Who prepares the pizza? I'm really good at cooking pizza, it's not hard to do."

"Oh, the pizza. We have people to make it, don't worry about it." He replied

That's kinda weird, "We have people to make it" that's all? Kinda not the answer I was looking for but okay? I nodded, though I wasn't really satisfied with that answer.

So, William left to another room. and I had fifteen minutes till the place opened. I kinda realized, this place is really creepy. I looked around for a bit and then waited at the register. Eleven in the morning came and I walked to the entrance and welcomed the guests. There were so many children running around, I heard it was a birthday party. All the kids got dropped off and there were about five of them, and one parent stayed to supervise them. suddenly a large yellow bunny animatronic came out and interacted with the kids. It was so squeaky and kinda musty, but I guess the kids didn't care.
