Kira's POV

We pulled up to the Spot. The line was sooo long to get in. We both did a face and hair check before hoping out of my Jeep to walk to the front of the line. "Girl come on," Bri said as I was putting on more lipgloss. "I'm coming man. I gotta make sure I'm together. That  club isn't going anywhere." I replied. She laughed. Bri knew the security guard so luckily we didn't have to wait to get in. I didn't step out much but when I did, I came correctly. I knew I was pretty but I was humble as ever. Me and Bri found a table and walked with confidence to sit down. Stares of lust were felt from different guys as well as stares of jealousy from a few women. That was always expected though.
We both were starving. I ordered my usual hot wings with a strawberry Hennessy drink. Bri placed an order for buffalo shrimp and a Patron magarita. Our waitress Liah brought over our hookah and food. We knew her personally from school. She was pretty cool and she gave us a discount. I was leaving her a fat tip for looking out.

"Walk through 'em, want me to call through, that's a role. Look, what you gonna do when the money through, shorty. Don't keep tellin' me what you gon' do for me. Okay, yeah, only talk about shit that I go through, I ain't phony. You gon' do, what The Who, I ain't homie"

YFN Lucci blasted through the speakers and we were vibing while smoking on our hookah. Bri was having the time of her life and honestly I was too. The Spot had club vibes but in a lounge type of way. It wasn't too much going on. We were laughing and talking when this tall light skin dude approached our table. Bri begin smiling from ear to ear. From the descriptions she gave me earlier, I'm guessing this was Jay. "Wassup ma? I've never seen you here before." Bri smiled and said, "Devine timing I guess." I smiled softly at her response. She then introduced us to each other. An old school Keith Sweat song begin to play and they made their way to the dance floor. Look at this bitch. Here she was earlier picking at me about listening to slow jams and she was the one on the floor slow dancing. "Yesss Bri!!" I said more to myself. I always hyped my friend up. That's what friends do. She had this hardbody looking ass nigga mesmerized on the dance floor. It was written all over his face. I hope he knew what he was getting into. Bri had a thing for fucking up niggas' heads and then cutting them off once they start messing up, doing too much, or getting on her nerves.

Shootah's POV

We was in our section with our crew at the Spot. Everybody was vibing doing their thing. We had bottles coming back to back. The bottles and shit were more for my boys but I most definitely had a cup of Hennessy in hand. The crew consisted of me, Jay (he was known as Bone in the streets), DeeMan, and Marcus. Jay nudged me and said, "Aye there go shawty I was telling you about in the car." He pointed over and I seen her at the table. Her friend was the one who caught my eye though. She was a brown skin stallion with long brown and blonde hair. Shorty was beautiful as hell. I watched her sway to the music in her chair as she smoked her hookah. She wasn't doing too much but enough to know she was enjoying herself. Jay snapped me out my thoughts. " I'm about to go holla at her. I'll be back" He walked off before I could respond. Next thing I know, this nigga was on the dance floor. I was shocked because sometimes he'll do a little dance behind the scenes but this girl really had my brother slow grinding in the middle of the Spot. I made a mental note to clown his ass later on.
I was kicking back vibing to the music and took a glance at my phone. My baby mama had text me and I already knew it was some bull shit. I swiped out the message without even reading it. I looked up to see Jay and the two girls walking towards the section. "Yoo, everybody this is Bri and Kira. These my niggas DeeMan & Marcus. This is my brother Shootah." Jay said introducing everybody. They entered the section and gained stares from the whole crew. "Hey, y'all I'm Drea..Marcus's girlfriend." I heard Drea say once she sat down from coming back from the bathroom. Kira and Bri smiled saying hey back. I glanced over and they were all having friendly conversation. Drea had been with Marcus soo long, she was practically part of the crew too. She was solid and loyal as hell. She was like our little sister. We were all really like a family more than anything.
I couldn't keep my eyes off of Kira. She was even more beautiful close up. A lot of females don't really catch my attention. I had hella money and I was well known around the city so females threw themselves at me all the time. She wasn't even paying attention to me which made me want her more. We made eye contact and she gave me a smile before joining back into the conversation with Drea and Bri. "Damn." I said to myself. Jay and Bri eventually headed back to the dance floor with Marcus and Drea following behind them. I guess Deeman peeped me checking for her because he laughed and nodded his head her way before leaving the section with a cup in hand.
I looked over and she was in her own world dancing slightly to the music. I made my way over to her. "Say, your name Kira right?" She looked me right in my eyes and smiled lightly and knodded her head yes. Her eyes were so pretty and bright. This girl had me tripping. "Shootah, right?" She said to me bringing me back to reality. I replied yeah. "Sooo what's your real name if you don't mind me asking? I know that's not the name your mama gave you," she said. I begin to laugh. "Oh, so you have a sense of humor huh? I don't usually just give my real name but it's Donte."  We begin to have casual conversation. It was almost like we already knew each other. I could tell she had a good head on her shoulders just by how she carried herself. A relationship had been the last thing on my mind. I fucked on someone every now and then but I was really only focused on the money. For some odd reason though , I felt like I needed to keep her close.
