"Aight Ima tell him, I love you." Kj said through the phone making me smile.
"I love you too see you in a little bit" I said smiling then hanging up.
"Ew, y'all so fucking ugly" Keoria said with a pouting face walking into my room with a bowl of ice cream.
"You jelly hoe?" I said grabbing the bowl she was offering me.
"Yesth." she said eating a spoon full of ice cream.
"Well you won't for long" I said smiling at her knowing what I was about to say was going to make her react.
"Mmhm, hoes in committed relationships always say that" she said playfully rolling her eyes.
"I told Kj that you'd takecareofTre." I said saying the last part fast before eating some ice cream.
"Mmm mkay" she said eating more ice cream out her bowl.
"Did you hear what I said?" Said chucking confused at her reaction.
"Yeah, that you offered me up without my permission." She said grinning at me.
"You're not mad?" I said squinting at her.
"Yeah, but then no because I prepared myself for it the day you told me he fired a second one." She said shrugging.
"Wait so you're going to do it?" I said looking at her still confused.
"Yeah, Miss Trina said it'll give me credits and a good impression on whatever hospital looks at my resumé" She said stirring up her ice cream.
"Oh" I said disappointed in her reaction.
"And I don't have to go to work sooo win-lose situation ig"
"How is it a lose situation" I said laughing.
"You've met Tremoni." She said mugging me.
"He's honestly cool asf, he be chilling when he comes over Kj's " I said smiling.
"Yeah okay" she said standing up.
"Tell Kj to give him my number so we can talk it over pls" she said walking out of my room.
Didn't go as planned but ig it was better with less reaction. She was less complicated at least.
Ria had been a little distant these last few weeks but I honestly don't even blame her. Her dad's 9 years being gone had just passed. She was a huge daddy's girl so it does affect her each year. She becomes super robotic. School, Work, Eat, then sleep and repeat. I'm usually there for her and she lets me but this time she just wants me to "have fun" and "live life without all the bs" is what she keeps saying but I just feel weird leaving her knowing she's going through something but she literally insists on me going out with Kj and encouraging me to stay at his house and stuff like that.
