I groaned tapping around my bed to find my phone.
"Hello?" I said barely woke.
"Heyy Miss. Lovvé this is Teressa the physical therapist for Mr. Pain"
"Oh okayyy" I said becoming more aware.
"I wanted to let you know that I'll be by around 11, Mr. Pain is scheduled for today"
"Oh anddddd I wanted to give you a letter of recommendation"
"Wait really?!" I said sitting up some.
"Uh duh girlfriend! You've been killing it! I can't imagine how hard it has to be to have a platonic relationship with someone as attractive as HIM, that just shows how much you love what you do." She said giggling making me roll my eyes.
If only she really knew.
"Ha yeah I guess when you learn more about people they give you many reasons to keep it strictly professional" I said zoning out.
"Uh does he know your on the way?"I questioned trying to change the subject.
And because I didn't wanna have to call and tell him.
"Yes he rescheduled for this day exactly"
"Oh okay that's perfect" I said stretching.
"Alrighty I'll see you in a little bit"
"Ok see ya" I said hanging up.
I laid there in bed staring up at the ceiling.
"FUUUUUCKKK" I said as loud as I could.
One I didn't feel like getting out of bed, I was finally able to catch up on sleep. Two, This being the last day means I have to go back to work soon. And Three, I have to be around Tre big stupid ass.
I honestly wouldn't be going if I didn't have to sign my name on clearing him from my "care" and if I didn't desperately want that letter of recommendation.
I sat up looking at the time then remembered it was Quan's birthday. I sent him a lil birthday text and got up to get stuff together.
I showered and pulled out a cute little black two piece short set and paired my neon pink crocs with it, something basic because ima come right back home and go to sleep anyways.
"Uhhh Keys, Snacks, lights out? Mkay" I said whispering to myself making sure I had everything before leaving out.
