The petite lady bowed. ❝I'm sorry sir, he had left the hospital hours ago.❞

Sunoo groaned in frustration. ❝Do you know where he went?❞

❝No, sir. ❞ The lady shook her head lightly. Her bun still stayed tight as ever behind her head. ❝But he did leave this card.❞

Sunoo snatched the card lightly, and both apologized and thanked her. He sat frustratedly in his car, worrying about Jungwon.

He stared at the card the lady gave and dialled the number.

❝Hello?❞

❝Xu Minghao, correct?❞ Sunoo asked quickly.

The other caller hesitated for a while. ❝Yes? How can I help you?❞

❝Do you know Yang Jungwon?❞

❝Yes of course I do.❞

❝Did you pick him up from the hospital?❞

❝I- Why do I have to tell you? Who are you?❞

Sunoo rolled his eyes. ❝I'm Jungwon's fr- I'm Jungwon's boyfriend.❞

❝Oh. Well, I did pick him up from the hospital, took him to my boyfriend's office and he said he'll take the bus home. The bus should be arriving in 15 minutes since he just left and missed the bus.❞

Sunoo sighed in relief. ❝Where is your office? I'm gonna pick Jungwon up.❞

❝Downtown Seoul, XXX bus station. Jungwon should be waiting at that station. But if you're still at the hospital, I suggest you just wait until Jungwon arrives home, since I doubt you'll be able to drive Downtown in less than 15 minutes. ❞

❝I'll be at the bus station in 3 minutes.❞ Sunoo coldly says.

❝Wha?- How?❞

Sunoo's grip on the steering wheel tightened. ❝Gonna turn left. I'm hanging up. Thanks for everything.❞

❝Calling while driving? That illegal!❞

Sunoo sighed. ❝That's why I'm hanging up.❞

❝But-❞ BEEP

Sunoo put his phone down. He turned a sharp left, stopped in front of the bus station and rolled down his window. ❝Get in. I can't stop at a bus station for long.❞

❝Sunoo? Why are you here?❞ Jungwon asked in confusion.

Rolling his eyes, Sunoo answered, ❝I'll tell you in the car. Now hurry up.❞

Jungwon scrambled to enter the car and put on his seatbelt. ❝Now can you tell me why you're here?❞

❝Here to pick you up because you won't know you're way back to the dorm if you're on the bus.❞ With that, Sunoo started his car.
