A/N: to tell you the truth I hadn't intended to write this epilogue but then I received a message for Karely R3Y3s, she loved this story so I thought why the heck not.
this is sort of like a where are they now type of thing.Epilogue
3 years.
She and Robert had been married for almost 3 years now, honestly it didn't feel like it.
To Danielle it really didn't feel that long ago when she and Robert were standing under that arch, reciting vows to each other with their friends and family's watching on smiling.
Boy a lot had happened in those three years, first of all Bindi and Chandler had welcomed their own little bundle of joy.
Bindi had let the news slip a few days after Robert and Danielle had returned from their honeymoon.
Grace Powell was truly a ball of sunshine, no matter how sad or annoyed you were, you could always count on that little girl to brighten up your spirits.
During bindi's pregnancy Danielle and Robert had also begun working with architects on the construction of their own home. It was a little further away from the main house than chandler's and bindi's but it was a nice spot.
Plans had taken several months to become blueprints, but after that had been done the builders started working, it was around this time that grace was born.
The next year would be relatively busy, with watching grace learn to walk and talk as well as construction noise being heard all hours of the day, but thankfully a year later their house was officially ready to move in.
It wasn't anything fancy but to Danielle it was perfect, it was a single story, 3 bedroom property with a big open plan and lovely back garden.
Just in time for the new addition to their family.....
A baby corgi.
Yep, for Danielle's birthday Robert had surprised her with a corgi, they were Danielle's favourite dog breed.
Bindi had even convinced the pair to throw a house warming party, in which all their friends were invited.
Naturally Tanya was in attendance with Izzy, who was no longer a little baby but a curious child.
Tanya and Danielle's brother Eddie had dated for a while, and Danielle had hoped it would of lasted, but with time zones and the distance between it didn't last long. However it wasn't all bad news Tanya has started dating a co-worker of hers named Finley, and from what Danielle heard from Her best friend it was serious.
Her brother Eddie had also begun dating again, and now three years later He was set to marry a nice girl named Audrey who worked as a gynaecologist, in fact the wedding was in 4 Months.
Speaking of siblings, last year Danielle and Robert had traveled back to the states for the wedding of her sister Sophie. Sophie had finally married her long time collage sweetheart Charlie, both had decided to relocate to Georgia mainly for Charlie's work.
Her eldest brother Chris and his wife Rebecca had welcome their second child, little girl this time named lily.
The twins were in collage, that still felt strange to say. Jamie was studying at Danielle's old collage Louisiana state in Anthropology, where as Louise was at University of Louisiana studying Marketing management.
Robert and Daniele had pretty much settled into married life.
Now three years into their marriage and Danielle was about to add another curve ball.
One she hoped Robert would be exited for.
It had started around 3 weeks ago if Danielle could guess, she'd been feeling really tired and just under the wether, Danielle already had her suspicions but she still wanted to get some advice.
She, bindi & Terri had gone out for brunch, which during it Danielle would confide in her mother and sister in-law about her suspicions.
Both had also agreed with her, but did agree to stop by the convenience store before heading back.
Once back home with her purchase Terri had gone to Distract the boys while Danielle and bindi went into her's and Roberts bedroom.
Three different tests.
All three double lines.
Their was no denying it.
Danielle was carrying a little Irwin.
Bindi and Danielle had been thrilled and even more exited when Danielle told them about her idea on how to break the news to Robert.
The day had finally arrived, it was a Sunday and the family of six were out for breakfast.
"Now that's good bacon." Daniele wiped her mouth with her napkin, recently she'd been obsessed with bacon Smothered in golden syrup.
Robert squeezed her hand, his face was lit up with a smile.
"Well you beat leave room for cake."
At the mention of cake Danielle straightened up, she'd already called in advance about the cake.
She traded desecrate looks with the two women who were already in on the plan.
"Sealing of cake." Chandelier gestured with his head to the waitress who was bringing the cake over.
It wasn't anything different, just the same Vanilla cake they ordered every Sunday, however this time their was something written in top.
The cake was placed down.
Danielle held her breath.
"Look deli.... Wait there's writing."
Robert and chandler leaned forward to read the piped words on top.
"Congratulations, The future Irwin will be here in 7 Months."
Danielle watched Roberts face as he read the words, watching as the meaning of the message dawned on him.
Almost as if In shock Robert turned to a nervous Danielle.
Robert opened and closed his mouth a few times before finally stuttering out .
"Are you......."
"Your pregnant." chandler took the words right out of Roberta mouth.
Danielle nodded.
All of a sudden a wide smile broke out on Robert's face and he pulled his wife towards him and connected their lips, that seemed to set of everyone else, cheers were heard round the table.
Danielle couldn't keep the smile of her face.
"This.... This is.... Wow." Robert stared at Danielle with so much happiness and love it almost melted her heart.
"Congratulations!" Candlers wrapped his arms around Danielle and hugged her tight.
Robert the ever doting Husband was quick to step in.
"Alright candler, perhaps not to tight, Danielle is carrying my child."
Once the in-laws parted Robert placed an arm around her shoulders and sat them both back down.
Face lit up with happiness Terri held up her glass.
"A toast, to the next generation of animal nutters."
Everyone clinked.
As Danielle nuzzled into Roberts side she could help but think back to her life before Robert.
Never would she of ever thought this would be her life, but it was and Danielle thanked god every day for it.
She had everything, a loving husband, amazing home, a family that accepted her, friends that she adored, animals that she loved, a job she was never bored at and now a baby.
Yes perhaps it wasn't the life she though she'd had , but in Danielle's mind it was ten times better that anything she thought she might of wanted.
