The mane 6 had been introduced to a majority of the ponies in the camp. Some were indifferent about the six and others seemed to mock them. Overall the girls were quite humiliated about this whole ordeal. Eventually the sky grew dark and Aganippe brought them to what seemed to be a makeshift cell. It, like the rest of the camp, seemed hastily put together and worn. But it didn't seem like anyone had ever occupied it or at least in not recent times. There were a few pillows and folded blankets neatly put in one corner of the cell.
"Make yourselves at home. I'll get you all in the morning," Was all Aganippe said after she had locked the girls in before leaving and disappearing in the dark that seemed like a cloak over everything.
With nothing more to do the six settled down in the cell, spreading the blankets and pillows out amongst one and other. The quiet that accompanied the darkness was broken after a while, just when they had gotten a bit comfortable with the conditions they were in. Hoofsteps were faintly heard approaching the cell. And more than one pair it sounded like.
"Who's there?" Twilight called out in the darkness being the first to stand up and react to the approaching ponies.
No pony replied to Twilight's call. Then after a moment six new ponies appeared in front of the cell. None that they could recognize from earlier so they must have somehow missed these six. There were two earth ponies, two pegasi, and two unicorns.
One of the earth ponies had a golden coat and light blonde hair. Her eyes were a light sky blue and had a friendly nature to them. Her cutiemark was a horseshoe and blue markings representing wind, probably meaning she had a talent for speed. Her smaller earth pony friend had a white coat. Her hair was blonde as well but with a light pink added, both her mane and tail were braided and tied with ribbons. She had soft dark blue eyes and she looked quite timid. Her cutiemark was a pawprint so she probably had a talent similar to Fluttershy.
The two pegasi seemed complete opposites of each other, at least in coloration anyway. One had a light pink coat that faded to a pastel purple towards her hooves and muzzle. Her hair was a bit poofy and was another shade of purple. She had sherbert pink eyes and her cutie mark was a crystal star that appeared to have sparkles around it. The other pegasus had a gray, white spotted coat and dirty blonde hair that seemed to go any which way it pleased. Her eyes were electric green and seemed to have a proud and daring nature to them. Her cutiemark was a lightning bolt with green sparks around it.
The last two ponies were the two unicorns. Twilight looked at the slightly smaller of the two first. She had pink and gray coat and extremely poofy/spiky light pink hair. Her eyes were purple and her cutiemark appeared to be a balloon animal along with other popped balloons. The last pony and unicorn had a gray and white coat with black around each hoof. Her hair was relatively straight with the exceptions of a few spiky areas and her hair was a black color. Her eyes appeared to be a cold gray blue that held a very stern look. Her cutiemark was a purple swirl with a bright star over it.
"Who are you?" Twilight asked in a very uncertain tone.
"I'm Jasper Swift," said the golden coated earth pony.
"This is Angelina," she said pointing to the white earth pony.
"That's Crystal and Sparks Lightning," she nodded to the pink and then gray pegasi.
"And over here is Kitty and Clover Mistis," Jasper said as she walked to the two unicorns.
"But we know exactly who you six are," the unicorn known as Clover spoke up.
"As does every pony here," stated Rainbow Dash in an exasperated way.
"Hey! Don't talk back to Clover," Sparks barked after Rainbow Dash's comment.
After that abrupt comment the six disappeared back into the darkness. With that sudden encounter done all Twilight wanted to do was rest. So she settled back down and tried to get comfortable again.

The next morning Aganippe and the other large alicorn, Adsila, came to get the six mares from the holding cell. Then they quietly led the six to another building which was in as bad as shape as the rest.
Aganippe knocked slightly on the front door, opening it once she heard a quiet 'enter' from the other side. She stepped to the side to allow the six mares and Adsila to pass through before herself, the door closing behind her.
Inside appeared to be like a hall for meetings. There was a long table with a few old chairs seated around it. At the opposite head of the table from the arrival sat another alicorn. She had a pure black coat and curly/flowing purple hair. She seemed around the same size as Celestia. She had a small gold crown on the head. It looked cheaply made but pretty nonetheless with the red jewels that it had embedded. She also wore a thin gold necklace with another red jewel. Her cutiemark was a spacescape with the sun, earth, its moon, and some other planet. A few small stars also spotted her flank around the main picture. The new alicorn's cutiemark seemed very odd to Twilight, it didn't have any meaning that stood out to her. It had too many components to it to seem like a normal cutiemark representing a skill.
The new alicorn watched as the group had entered the hall. Her expression was flat and tired. Her eyes were almost glazed over looking as if she had a lot of sadness about her.
Aganippe spoke up finally, breaking to odd silence that seemed to have fallen after they had entered the hall.
"I have brought to you Twilight Sparkle, Celestia's student, and her friends to you. I found them while on patrol with Alhan, they had been trespassing," Aganippe said, her tone strangely soft compared to how she's been portraying herself.
Though Twilight had only met Aganippe less than maybe 24 hours ago, the softness in her voice did surprise her.
The new alicorn stood from her place and walked and a quick pace towards the group. She seemed utterly perplexed by Twilight and her friends, giving them all a very confused look.
"You found them trespassing?" She finally spoke, her purple eyes peering back over the Aganippe.
"We had found them a little bit away from the Ponyville border," Aganippe replied.
The alicorn looked back at Twilight and the others, new sternness written on her face,
"Why did you cross the border?" She simply asked the six.
"Well... Um..." Twilight started, finding her voice to be a bit shaky now.
"Its alright, just continue," She said.
"...This place is forbidden according to Celestia, but she wouldn't tell my friends and I why... We were curious... So we decided to check it out..." Twilight answered trying to explain their motive for being here.
The alicorn simply nodded before speaking again, "Seems like a logical reason. You didn't trust what Celestia said."
"There was just something off about what Princess Celestia said I suppose..." Twilight said awkwardly.
The dark alicorn's expression changed again, anger appearing on her features.
"Celestia is no princess," She said in a deep tone.
"But she is..." Twilight said, once again completely confused.
"She's not. She was not a member of the original royal family. She was but a jealous peasant," Said the dark mare with disgust.
"I'm Darkmist, and I am the true Princess of Equestria for my mother was the queen..."
