Rigo's POV

It was the next day from when I had first saw Y/N again. I waited impatiently in my room for a phone call from Y/N, sitting by the phone and biting on my nails.

"Mr. Cardenas, dinner is ready," My butler came up the stairs to me.

"I'll be down in a minute," I assured him. He gave me a nod before leaving out of the room, shutting the door behind him. I let out a breath, running my hands over my face. I was about to get up and leave when the shrilling sound of the phone stopped me. I quickly sat back down and grabbed it before it could ring more than once, putting it up to my ear.

"Hello?" I breathed out. "Eager aren't we?" Y/N giggled. A wide smile made its way to my face at the sound.

"I've just missed the sound of your voice," I sighed, putting my chin in the palm of my hand and resting my elbow on the table.

"What'd you do today, love?" I asked. "I spent the day with Jordan. We didn't do much, just went out to the city for shopping and tea and then came back for a swim before talking some more. I just got out of the bath. David's been away all day doing whatever the hell he pleases with God knows who," She muttered the last part a little hypocritically, but I didn't dare to mention it.

"I didn't do much but sit and read, thinking about this girl I love," I was cut off by Y/N's laughter.

"You can't let your days waste away daydreaming."

"I don't mind since it's you on my brain," I smirked. Y/N didn't say anything but I knew she was smiling.

"Love on the brain, huh?" She spoke softly.

"Always," I chuckled.

"I want to see you," She whispered.

"I want to see you, too," I nearly whined.

"Come join me for dinner," I offered. Y/N sighed,

"Your staff-" "Will keep their mouths shut. They're paid enough to," I finished the sentence for her. There were a few silent moments before Y/N spoke up.

"I'll be there in 10 minutes. You're only across the bay," She said in a hushed tone.

"I'll see you then," I smiled. "Bye, Rigo," She said in a low voice that sent shivers down my spine.

"Y/N, wait," I stopped her from hanging up.

"Yes?" She breathed out. "I love you. I still love you," I admitted. A few seconds went by before Y/N whispered,

"I love you, too."

Your POV

I hesitated before knocking on Rigo's door, looking around as if someone was watching me from afar. I knew this was dangerous and I could be caught easily, but I loved Rigo. I hadn't been with him for five years. I hadn't heard his voice or seen him for five years. He was the love of my life, the first man I ever loved. And that would never change. It wasn't long before the door cracked open, and then swung open widely once Rigo realized it was me.

"Hello," He smiled, wrapping me in his arms. "Hi," I managed to squeak out in his tight embrace.

"Let's get you inside. It might be hot in the day but it sure as hell is freezing at night," Rigo wrapped an arm around me as we stepped inside.

He stood behind me, taking my coat off for me before hanging it on the coat hanger beside the door. "I will never get over how beautiful this house is," I whispered, looking around in awe. I turned around to face Rigo as he talked.

"Better get used to it," He smirked. I didn't know what he meant but didn't question it, allowing Rigo to take my hand and lead me into the dining room.

"You eat all of this by yourself?" I asked as we made it to the table full of food.

"The staff eats after I do. It's enough to feed everyone," Rigo pulled my chair back for me before sitting beside me.

"Did I mention that you look very beautiful?" Rigo asked as he eyed my dress.

"Thank you," I said bashfully before digging into the meal. I moaned at the taste making Rigo's eyes snap towards me.

"You have such a wonderful cook," I said after swallowing. Rigo smiled and began eating as well, pouring us some wine when we both were thirsty.

"Remember when we would sneak off to that warehouse where I would bring us food and we'd have that little candle lit dinner?" Rigo asked. I laughed at the memory,

"Yes, and then make love on blankets on the floor." A blush rose to Rigo's cheeks as he chuckled, "I miss those times. But nothing much has changed, we're still hiding."

I didn't say anything and continued to eat while Rigo and I talked about our old life together.
