Chapter 24

As she walked through the hallways, y/n found herself lost in thoughts. She was thinking about yesterday with Jaehyun and Jackson. They were so endearing. Even Taehyung accept her. She smiled. Then, she tracked off to thinking about her fight with Hyunjin because of Jihun. She frowned.

Everything came to a pause when some girls voices were heard. Y/n looked up to see a small crowd of students surrounding four girls. Being the curious girl she was, she also joined in the crowd to see what was happening.

Her eyes lit up to see her own friend Yeri, looking petrified in front of three girls. Y/n scowled as she knew those three girls. The three plastic barbie dolls of the school. Seri, Lia and Wonyoung.

"You three! Who do you think you are messing with MY friend" Y/n spoke bitterly

"Oh oh oh everyone look here! The famous Harry Potter of our school has arrived to the scene" Lia laughed

"Shut up" y/n rolled her eyes

"All you know to do is to hypnotize guys and wear short dresses and flirt so they notice you!" Wonyoung spat

"Firstly, I don't wear anything short ever because I prefer comfort over boys unlike you all. Secondly, I can wear what I want without being targeted for it. And last, it's not my fault I'm so beautiful" y/n shrugged

"YAH! YOU DUMB GIRL" Wonyoung spoke, on the verge of anger

"Actually, I'm not dumb. You see....I open my books quite often. You guys don't open your books, you only open your legs. I think I've said enough" y/n smiled at their burning faces

"Arrivederci~" y/n spoke while dragging yeri out

"YOU WERE SO COOL! PLEASE TEACH ME HOW YOU WERE SO BRAVE!" yeri spoke with so much happiness

"Haha, I'm just brave when it comes to standing up to wrong things. Don't think too coolly of me. Anyways, how come you're here??" y/n spoke excitedly

"I moved to Seoul just recently with my dad. I was going to another school but because of his promotion, I got to study here! In this prestigious school...but I don't think I'll survive here" Yeri said timidly

"Omg! This is real destiny that we should be the best of friends. And your so cute looking like a lost puppy, I want to adopt you." Y/n spoke squishing her cheeks

"And also, for your information, I'm more powerful than the whole school combined will ever be so don't worry about not surviving here, let's go to our class now" y/n spoke

"Yeah sure" yeri spoke, full of admiration for y/n like Jungkook has for Namjoon.

AT CLASS
The English teacher had just handed out scripts for roleplay in some famous English novels. Each student had to work in pairs to roleplay with each other.

Jihun wasn't present today and he messaged y/n saying he was quite hurt from the punches Hyunjin gave and the terrible words he spoke.

Y/n decided to choose Yeri because she was new to the class and didn't have many friends anyways.

"Let's be partners!!" Y/n exclaimed

"Alright!" Yeri smiled cutely, making y/n gush in awe

Hyunjin paired with a guy. Lisa, who was just about to ask Y/n, saw her choosing Yeri as her partner. She was a bit saddened and hurt. They always paired up together.
