You wake up, staring at the ceiling while rubbing your eyes and getting the eye seeds out of the corners of them.

The sun peaks through the curtains and shines on the wooden floors of the bedroom and onto the white bed comforter as your eyes follow a large body next to you.

Your eyes travel up the huge figure until you come face to face with a smiling James Barnes, grinning from ear to ear.

"Good morning"

"How long have you been awake?"

"Just a few minutes, watching you." he winks and you let out a small giggle

"That's creepy Bucky" you giggle again as you turn on your arm and rest your head on your hand as you prop your elbow up on your silk pillow case.

"'M sorry, your just so adorable when you sleep doll." he replies in his groggy morning voice and brings his metal hand to your cheek, the cool metal giving you some comfort.

"Thank you for saving me..."

"You were the one who saved me my doll."

"Promise me we stay like this forever." You plead as you play with your diamond ring on your ring. It still fascinates you how far you have come. From all the difficult situations you both have been through, now you're here.

"...I remember what we did at that party when you got jealous...with all the good times and hardships we've been through, one thing remains the same – you are the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. My world turned from black and white into a spectrum of colors. Days were dragging. I'm comfortable lying on my bed but I feel homeless, hollow. Not until I met you.
