Author's POV

"Where are we going?"

"You'll know once we get there." Namjoon replied as he continues to pedal to their next destination.

Unlike the first ride, Seoyeon is more relaxed while sitting at the rear seat. She looked around and this was definitely not the route back to the rest house. Since the wind is kinda strong, adding how fast Namjoon also pedals the bike, Seoyeon just watched the tulip in her hand as it holds for its dear petals.

"My tulip," She mumbled inaudibly in pout.

It wasn't for long when Namjoon slowed down. He helped her to get off before looking for a safe place to leave his bike. Seoyeon looked around the place and was confused to see that they stopped in front of a food stand.

"Sorry to keep you waiting. Let's go?" Namjoon invited as he gestures at the food stand.

Though perplexed, she followed Namjoon to one of the vacant tables and sat on the stool.

"Wait for me here." He instructed and went in line to order.

"Wait a second.... But I'm the secretary here. Why shouldn't I be the one in line?" She asked to herself with furrowed brows.

She then stared at the tulip with such tension, as if she's talking to it thru telekinesis. Like that tulip will understand the thoughts she is sending it. On the other hand, while Namjoon waits for his turn, he checked Seoyeon and he couldn't help but laugh a little on what he is witnessing. She looks like she's having a heart-to-heart talk with the tulip using her eyes. Furrowed brows and a cute pout.

"Cute...." He whispered, and at the same time stepped forward for his turn.

"Good morning, sir! What are we having?" The vendor asked with her jolly smile.

"Two servings of tteokbokki.... One tuna kimbap and one original kimbap, both sliced. Two cans of cola, too."

"Would that be all?"

"Oh, and four sticks of spicy fish cakes. That would be all." He uttered, contented with his orders.

"Okay, sir. Please step aside as I prepare your order."

The vendor started to scoop the steaming hot tteokbokki in two bowls. You can smell the spiciness as the steam passes from where Namjoon is. I'm sure you all know why he brought her here. Knowing from their conversation last night that her favorite streetfoods were tteokbokki and kimbap, he spent the night browsing online for a food stand near the area. When he found one, he had decided to just order for delivery or pick-up, but since they went out, he seized the time to take her there.

"Here's your order, sir. That would be ₩18,000."

He paid for their meal and thanked the vendor before leaving the stand with the tray in his hands. Noticing his presence, Seoyeon sat straight and put the tulip down. She was about to stand up and help him, but Namjoon shook his head in disapproval so she just obliged. And before she could ask what he is bringing, it made her gasp when he placed the tray on their table.

She covered her mouth and muffled a squeal, "Tteokbokki and kimbap!"

"Your favorite," Namjoon commented while settling himself on his chair.

She was too stunned to speak, yet when she came back to her senses, she looked at him with a puzzled face. Everything that is happening is just so unusual. He's being too 'friendly'.

"Why are you doing this?" She asked, genuinely curious and confused, which made Namjoon pause. "You even bought me a tulip, just because it's my favorite. The cotton candy.... Is there any occasion?"
