Nyssa and Sara had been on their way to lunch and when they had realised what was happening, they had quickly tried to deal with it, but because Sara was Sara, well, it didn't really go very well. The creature grabbed on to Sara's pant leg and tried to drag her into the fissure.

Nyssa, who was fighting her own monster further down the street, wasn't paying attention to her beloved, believing that her canary could handle herself. It wasn't until she heard her beloved shout "um, baby, I think we have a problem" that she turned around to see the beast trying to drag her beloved, who was Now hanging onto a table, into the portal which went God knows where.

"Sara Lance, I swear to the demon's head if you leave me wifeless, I will kill you'" she yelled.

"Wifeless? But Nyss, I'm not your- OMFG are you proposing?" She yelled back.

"Sar, are-" started Ava, who had come over to try to detach her best friend's leg from the creature's mouth.

"One sec, Ava, my girlfriend is proposing to me" she hissed.

"Nyss, it would be my honour to be your wife," she yelled over to the Assassin.

"We'll have a summer wedding! Now concentrate on surviving because I also want some children," Nyssa shouted back.

"Absolutely, Babe!Now what did you want, Ave, because I'm a bit busy"

Ava didn't get to answer though, because Nate came running over with his sword "congratulations on your engagement capt" he smiled as he chopped off the beast's head.

"Thanks, Nate, also why didn't you just do that, Ave?" She asked as she picked herself up from the ground.

Ava huffed, "Well, I was going to, but then you shouted at me"

It took them another ten minutes to get rid of all the creatures.

Sara and Nyssa did get married that summer. It was a beautiful ceremony that was officiated by Ray
