A Few Weeks have passed and nothing has changed, Carrie hasn't been speaking to Alex and his friends in fear that her mother would kill her if she saw her anyone near them. She was hurt and wanted to talk to Alex but she couldn't. Sue and Tommy have tried to invite her to prom which is happening tomorrow but she was avoiding them as they were worried about her.
Alex on the other hand has been quiet and upset over everything that has happened in the last few weeks. He and his father have fought and argued multiple times over the last few weeks and there were times both of them beat each other up. He was also worried about Carrie and why she wasn't speaking to him.
The Time was nine fifteen a.m, It was history class and the teacher was explaining today's lesson as Alex was writing down the notes for today's lesson as he saw Carrie looking at him.

Carrie was looking at Alex as he looked at her back before she immediately turned away and looked at her notebook as she was thinking about him. She felt bad for Alex since he was going through a lot for the last few weeks. Carrie wanted to talk to him but she feared that if her mother found out then she could be in even more trouble.
History class ended as Carrie immediately left the class as Alex noticed her leaving as he was thinking about her. He didn't know why Carrie has been avoiding him for the last few weeks. He had a feeling something happened to her and that's why she's been avoiding him. He missed talking to her and all the times they spend time together.
The Next Class was Geography Class as the teacher was explaining today's lesson. Alex noticed Carrie writing down some notes as he sighed to himself and began writing notes on his notebook. Laura and Daniel noticed this as they felt bad for him. They tried to speaking to him for the last few weeks but he hasn't answered them back, They were really worried about him since they also noticed he wasn't eating anything or he looked like he barely slept for weeks.
Carrie noticed Alex was writing on his notebook as she was staring at him before she went back to writing on her notebook as she was feeling tired.
School Day was going well for all the students and right now it was lunch time as Laura and Daniel were eating at sandwich as they looked at Alex not eating anything as they spoke to him.
Daniel: Alex, You should eat something.
Alex: I don't feel like eating anything.
Laura: Come on Alex, You shouldn't do this to yourself.
Daniel: She's right, Please Alex eat something.
Alex didn't answer them as he was looking at the table as they tried to speak to him but he wasn't answering them as they had worry written in their faces.
Lunch time was over as everyone went back to their classes as they sat down on their seats and waited for the teacher to show up.
School Day has ended as everyone was leaving school as everyone was excited about the upcoming prom which was happening tomorrow. Carrie was walking through the hallways of the school until she noticed Tommy walking towards her as he spoke to her.
Tommy: Hey Carrie.
Carrie was silent staring at him as she was gonna walk away until Sue walked towards her as she spoke to her.
Sue: Hey Carrie. Can we talk for a minute?
Carrie was silent as she didn't know what to do until she sighed to herself and spoke to her.
Carrie: What's the matter?
Tommy: We just want to talk to you for a minute. It's about the upcoming prom which is happening tomorrow.
Carrie: What about it?
Tommy: Will you go with me to prom tomorrow?
Carrie's eyes were widen as she didn't know what to say, She was reading Tommy's mind as she realized he wasn't playing a prank on her or anything like that. Sue spoke to Carrie as she looked at her.
Sue: It's not a prank, Dont worry about it.
Carrie was silent as she didn't know what to do, She was worried if her mother found out. She would kill her, Sue and Tommy noticed the look on her face as they spoke to her.
Tommy: Hey dont worry about it, All we can do is dance and party through the whole night.
Sue: There's nothing else and its gonna be fun.
Carrie was thinking about it as Sue and Tommy were waiting for her response. Carrie knew it was only a party and nothing else so she might think about going there. Tommy and Sue looked at her until she spoke to them.
Carrie: Okay, I'll be at prom tomorrow.
Tommy: That's great Carrie, I'll pick you up tomorrow at eight p.m.
Sue: Take care Carrie.
Tommy and Sue walked away as Carrie left the school as she decided to go to a nearby clothing shop to grab her outfit for tomorrows prom night. Carrie got her outfit as she immediately went back home as she was thinking about it.
Meanwhile Christine along with Billy and her friends were walking around Chamberlain as they were angry about everything that has happened.
Christine: I can't believe this, Carrie is going to prom tomorrow.
