James POV:
I spot Riley speed walk down her drive so I climb out the drivers seat and lean against the side of my car as she got closer.
Once she's stood not very far from me I'm taken aback, she looked absolutely gorgeous... Absolutely perfect...
"babe, you look... incredible" I say in astonishment. She smiles widely at me.
"thank you" she reply sweetly. I kiss her on the lips for a few seconds before opening the car door for her.
Acting like one of those fancy limo drivers you see one TV."why thank you sir" she giggles slowly getting into the car. I close the door and run round to the drivers side. Climbing in and putting the keys in the exhaust.
I pull out the drive and start to head to the mystery spot where I've set up our date. The drive is silent and comfortable, and the silence lasts until I park in front of the studio.
"why are we at the studio?" she speaks up as I climb out the car to let her out.
"You'll see" is all I say with a slight smirk. Her response is an eye roll and a laugh as she jumps out the car and follows me into the building.
I guide her through the many different rooms and down the hall to where the door to studio A is. I wonder towards it, her hand in mine, but get pulled back slightly.
"James Miss Kate would kill us if we're here without her! besides, it's probably locked" Riley says in a slightly panicked tone.
I turn on my heel and reach into my pocket. Pulling out the keys. Her eyes widen as she gasps quietly.
"Kate gave me them" I state proudly.
I had asked Kate if I could set up a date in the studio and she agreed, as long as I followed a list of rules she gave me, which I only quickly scanned through.
"in that case... Go ahead" she laughs letting go of my hand so I could unlock the door. She stands beside me and her eyes widen as she looks into the room.
I've set up a restaurant looking date in the middle of the dance floor. I think I probably spent a good 4-5 hours cleaning and decorating aswell as preparing all the small details to make sure it goes perfectly.
Ive got a small table placed underneath the grand chandelier in the center, with rose pettles scattered on the white table cloth. Two light oak chairs stand either side and white fairy lights hand around the ceiling to finish it off.
"Oh my god... This looks beautiful!" Riley says quickly pulling me into a hug. Her smile shines bright and I can't help but admire how stunning she is.
I grab ahold of her hand and take her towards the table. Then I pull out her chair and gesture for her to sit down. She takes a seat and straightens her dress while I head over to my chair opposite.
We talk and laugh for a while before one of my friends enters, with a tray of food.
"enjoy your meal" he says before bowing and leaving. his British accent, after staying up late at night to work on it, is pretty accurate. He's definitely put alot of effort into it and it's paying off.
We dig into our meal and I can't help but look up at Riley as she laughs and chatters away. Our eyes soon lock on each others and she just smiles widely, causing me to do the same.
There's just something about her that flips my entire mood. For so long I've felt like my life was conspiring against me, but as soon as she smiles sweetly at me it's like everything that happened in the past no longer ponders in the back of my mind. My heart skips a beat and my smile grows.
As our date continues on I completely forget and focus on nothing but her. It's just slowly flowing perfectly.
