Chapter 10

It was a bright sunny Saturday morning in LA. Lai Lai was just getting up after her long and eventful evening.

She woke up with a huge headache and a towel on her bed.

"What the fuck happened to me?" She asked herself as she sat up confused.

"Lai! You're up!" Jah ran into her room with a smile on his face.

"Yes I'm up! Why are you here?" She asked

"Well someone had to take care of you and you seem pretty good today. Just go for a check up though"

"Oh okay I guess my nose was bleeding. It must have been really hot last night"

"Nah the weather was nice and warm with some cool breezes. You got that nose bleed from the moshpit"

"Moshpit? Wait wha- Ohhhhhh I remember the odd future show! It was so fun oh my goodness. I need to thank Tyler for inviting us"

"I think you already did but it doesn't hurt to do it again"

I opened up my texts as Jah left my room then returned with a tray filled with breakfast foods. A croissant, acai bowl, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast and a little salad.

Awwww that's so sweet but Jah's here with me so I think he's taking me but thanks though.

Nah I'm just older than you, it makes sense that way

I put my phone down then got to eating. Jah and I are were sitting on my bed chatting and eating while we enjoyed eachothers company.

"Bro go shower we need to go to your check up right now"

"Ugh okaaayyy. I was having fun just talking and eating with you"

"We'll continue when we get back"

"Cool, fist bump?" I offered

"Nah come here!"

Jah tackled me in a huge warm hug causing us to fall over onto the floor.

"Okay okay enough" I said while giggling.

"Shower! Now!" Jah said then pointed at the bathroom door.

"I I Captain!"

I stood up and turned towards the door, Jah then smacked my ass as I marched to the door.
