Cole's Pov
Ray is Luna's partner for the presentation. Why did Luna say she doesn't have any problem with Ray being her partner? Maybe because she doesn't have any problem with it. Of course, why would she have a problem with him, he is Ray Wright, the most popular and handsome boy in the school. And most important, he is Luna's, first love, her first boyfriend. He is the same Ray for whom Luna made me her fake boyfriend, why would Luna have a problem with Ray being her presentation partner.
"Cole", Char's voice, interrupts my thoughts.
" Yeah"
"Can you help me?" She points, looking at her plate of food.
"Yeah of course", Where is Luna? When the bell for lunch rang, she went out of class, without even talking to me. I thought I will find her in the Canteen, but she is not here as well.
I take a spoon full of tomato soup and feed it to Char.
" Hi Cole, Hi Charlotte", Rose says, as she and Sarah take the seats.
"Where is Luna?", Sarah asks.
" I don't know", I shrug.
"Did you two have a fight or something?",
" No! She didn't even talk to me after Mr. Smith Class", I tell her, and then it strikes me, Luna is mad at me because I didn't protest to be Char's partner, but I didn't protest because she was the one who told me to help Char, so because of this, I didn't decline to be Char's partner. I think Luna is a little mad at me because of this, she is feeling the same way about Char, the way I am feeling about Ray.

Luna's Pov
I didn't have my lunch today because I am mad at Cole. I am mad at Cole for being Charlotte's partner. He was supposed to be my partner. We were supposed to do that presentation together. He should have told Mr. Smith that he wants to be my partner, not Charlotte's partner. If he really wanted to be my partner. He should have said more than, 'Mr. Smith you must have forgotten, but I am Luna's partner', but he didn't. So without talking to him, I came to the library instead of going to the canteen to have lunch.
"Hey, there you are", Cole comes and sits next to me.
" What are you doing here?",
"I came here looking for you", he tells me.
" How did you know I am here?",
"Luna is in the library alone is the hottest news in the school right now", he tells with a smirk.
"Oh! So funny", I roll my eyes.
" Seriously, I am not joking", he says with a smug face, and I roll my eyes again.
"By the way, what are you reading?", he points at my book.
"The Great Gatsby because I have to do presentations with my partner Ray", I purposely say it in a mocking tone to hurt him. And it works, his smile disappears, and I instantly regret saying it in that tone.
" Are you mad at me?", he looks at me hurtfully.
"No", I lie.
" Luna, you asked me to be helpful towards Char and that's what I am doing this", he tells me.
"I know, I am sorry I am just in a bad mood right now, I wanted to do this presentation with you, I was so excited for this that I had already completed reading half of The Great Gatsby, but now you are Charlotte's partner, and out of all people Ray is my partner, can you believe it RAY!",
" So you are not happy that Ray is your partner?",
"What? No! Why I would be happy he is my ex-boyfriend, it will be so awkward to work on a presentation with him",
" Okay", what the hell is he thinking?
"Are you mad that Ray is my partner?",
"Of course, Not", he shakes his head.
He pulls my chair towards him and kisses on my right cheek," I am sorry that we will not able to work together on the presentation, but we can study together, and while studying we can do a lot of things", all of a sudden, I don't feel like to be mad at him anymore.
"Like what?", I ask him with a smirk.
He kisses my left cheek," like a lot of things",
"Like what a lot of things", I challenge him.
" Which I can't tell you in the public", he tells me, by placing a kiss on my forehead.
"I knew it, you would not be able to say it in public", I burst into a laugh.
" Don't laugh at me, I was trying to be sexy", he pouts.
"Awe. Don't t pout", I lean forward and kiss him on the lips. I want this cute, happy movement to never end between us. I always want both of us to be madly in love with each other.
