Scripting when it comes to reality shifting can be anything you want it to be. As an author, scripting came easy to me, it's pretty much creating an outline to point you in the right direction of the desired reality you wish to go to. Think of scripting as a map or a compass to the reality you want to wake up to. Scripts are not mandatory and they do not have to be written down. Scripts can be as detailed as you want or as vague as you please. Since there are an infinite amount of realities, anything is possible. There are no limits when it comes to scripting. Personally, when I started scripting my first desired reality I realized that the universe is ultimately my playground. I realized that I had the opportunity to experience anything.
I have scripted for 5 DRs so far: Attack on Titan, Hogwarts, DR #3 (fame/spy/what could have been w/ a certain part of my life), Pirates of the Caribbean, and Camp Half-Blood (Percy Jackson). In order for you as the reader to get an idea of what a scripting template looks like, I will provide some components of my Pirates of the Caribbean DR for you.
POTC Scripting Template:
Name: Alexis Lovell (You can choose any name to script for yourself. It does not have to be the same as you original reality name.)
Appearance: Blue eyes, tan, athletic, 5'5", platinum blonde hair (You can script to look completely different from how you are in your OR)
Background: I come from a wealthy, well known family. My brother and I ran away to become pirates with a friend of mine. We join my friend's crew and eventually run into everyone who is in the first movie and follow the plot loosely from there. (You can choose to follow the plot of your DR or you can abandon it all together and make your own storyline within that reality.)
____________________After world building, you can script scenarios. These scenarios can be vague or very detailed. An example of this could be that you script a love interest. You can script that this love interest pursues you, or you don't script anything at all; allowing you to see how the relationship will play out. You can also get more in depth with something like this, scripting how your love interest pursues you. Maybe they buy you flowers or take you out on a date. I think you've got the idea.
Another thing to add, just since we're discussing the topic, scripting in a love interest doesn't interfere with free will. You aren't forcing someone to be attracted to you by scripting a relationship, you're simply shifting to a reality where this person truly is attracted to you. Hope that makes sense!
For me, I have a scripting section labeled "Safety". This is where I script that I have a high pain tolerance, I can't get seriously injured, I don't experience anything traumatic, stuff like that. I also write my safe word under this title.
Safe words are used for when you're ready to shift back to your original reality from your desired. Safe words only work when you have the intention to shift back. If you say your safe word in a sentence without the intention to come back, you'll continue carrying on life in your DR.
