heeseung and y/n's outfits.

author's pov.

after that awful phone call you had with your father, you left the park sobbing. you didn't know what else to do. your father doesn't want to see you until sunday, the only reason being his stupid business meeting. that got you even more pissed than you already were.

getting lost in your thoughts, you tried pulling down your bucket hat so nobody would see you crying. but that was just it, the bucket hat wasn't on your head. you remembered crying into it as you were sitting on the bench.

you quickly hurry back to where you were just about three minutes ago just in time to find heeseung picking up your bucket hat. he hadn't seen you yet so you quickly took the time to wipe your tears before approaching him.

"yah lee heeseung! what are you doing with my hat!" you yelled at him from afar before walking closer to him in rage.

"well uh, this was just laying here so i picked it up. i was going to give it to you-" you snatched it out of his hands without wasting any time. you squeezed the tears onto the ground, drying it as he was watching you. you were both silent as you adjusted the hat on your head, lowering it to hide as much as your face possible. heeseung never spoke a word. he just watched you as you walked away.

it was now around 7:34pm as you had nowhere to go. you called up one of your only friends to see if she had any space left in her house for you to spend a night. you were luckily invited over. you spent the whole night thinking about what your father said.

on the other hand,

heeseung went home feeling slightly guilty. he never knew what you were told as well as your condition at home. he regrets saying all those hurtful words to your face in front of a whole lecture hall. however he still looked for the best in you, hoping you would one day apologize. he honestly never knew how much he cared about you until today. he hopes that you change for good in the future.

time skip to sunday morning.

it's around 8:43am right now. quite early for some people including you. even though school makes you wake up even earlier, your preferred wake up time is around 9:30. you bid your goodbye to your friend as you left her house to go back to your own. you unlocked the door to be greeted by complete silence. you liked that. nobody bothering you and nobody telling you what to do. you have to admit though, it was quite lonely.

you walked into your room and locked the door behind you. even though it was a dinner meeting, you still wanted to decide what to wear a few hours beforehand. even though you had no care whatsoever for your dad's business, you wanted to look good for yourself.

after hours upon hours of wandering around in your room you finally decided upon your outfit.

casual yet classy. exactly what you need. (picture at beginning.)

it was now around 2pm and so you decided to get some food. you ordered some tteokbokki and had it delivered to your house. you were for once, looking forward to something. after you had eaten it was well past 4pm.

heeseung's pov.

i was chillin in my room when i heard a scream coming from downstairs.

"HEESEUNG GET READY FOR A DINNER MEETING TONIGHT!" my father yelled.

i sighed. this was the first time in a while but im used to having surprise events like this. you just never know what's going to happen. although i didn't know when this was going to happen, my dad had told me about it before. my dad, mr. lee, owns a huge company. he's apparently meeting up with another huge business owner today to try and "cooperate," in his words. i really don't know.

i got up from my bed as i headed towards my wardrobe.

i somehow managed to whip up whatever this is. (photo at beginning) pretty sure i stole the blazer from sunghoon though..

anyways i started packing the things i needed to bring. i reached for the charger under my table but i couldn't get it. i bent under my table and unplugged the cable. i was doing just fine until my dad busted into my room. i bumped my head under the table and now it hurts like hell.

"heeseung! what are- heeseung? where is that kid.." my dad looked across the room until he saw me under the table rubbing my head.

he looked at me blankly, "you are really something else kid.. let's go." i reluctantly got up and headed out the door to our car.

author's pov.

heeseung's family arrived first, as he lived closer to the area. as he went inside, he gasped. this was more elegant than any other restaurant they've ever been to. everything was made out of gold and gold only. even the utensils were decked out in valuable luxury. this must be a very important meeting.

your family arrived a bit later. as you walked in the building behind your dad to a huge room on the second floor of the restaurant, you never spoke a word. your mother was walking right next to you, giving you a reassuring look. she was never the type to use comfort words. in fact she never really spoke at all.

"heyy lee hyunsoo!" your father greeted his old friend/ business partner. mr. lee's head shot up, "yo look who it is! yang seungwoo, you look the same as the last time we met," the two hit it off with a laugh.

you just tried to stay calm and not look as awkward as you bowed to mr. lee. however when you looked to the man that sat directly next to him, you were stunned. your eyes widened.

"lee heeseung?"
