Jin POV

I was having a movie night with Hana. We both were cuddled together on the couch. I really liked our time together. But even though I was very comfortable at the moment, I couldn't stop thinking about the meeting that I had with Mr. Choi. I guess Hana must have noticed that I was not really paying attention to the movie, so she asked

"Darling, are you alright?"

"Yes, yes I'm fine. Why?"
I smiled at her.

"I don't know, you just seems off."

"Oh..um..I was just thinking about something. "

She nodded and then again focused on the movie.

Huh? She won't ask me to share? She isn't worried? Does she even care? Y/n used to be so attentive of my problems.

"Actually, Hana, I was thinking about the meeting with Mr. Choi "

"Our new business partner?"

I nodded

"Yes, he actually made an offer to me."
I looked at her before continuing to speak

"He wants me to work for him."

"And? Don't tell me you are quitting from the position that I offered you."

"I am. I just think, its time for me to expand my horizon a little. I mean, I'm thankful for your job but I think I should achieve the real success on my own. And not by using you."

She scoffed at me

"And you think that being a regular employee at the Choi's will make you successfull?"

"Atleast, what i will achieve will be entirely by my own hardwork."

She didn't said anything after that and that made me a little worried.

"Hana, I hope you're not angry or-"

Her laugh cuts me off of my sentence

"Oh jin, I'm not angry darling. To be honest, I don't care a tiny bit where you work as long as you come back home to me."

"What do you mean?"

"Listen jin, I hope you won't go for someone prettier."

"You don't have to be jealous Hana. You are the prettiest girl in this whole world."

She scoffed

"Yea? Darling, y/n was stupid to believe these things. I know I'm pretty but the prettiest? No, I'm not."

"Why would you bring her in this-

"Oh come on, she was just a stupid and naive girl to believe these lies that men feed the girls. We girls, we all are beautiful but not the most beautiful. "

"Hana, you are just dragging-"

"Fine. Work wherever you want darling. But I don't want to hear that you are being unfaithful behind my back"

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU SAYING! HOW CAN YOU DOUBT ME LIKE THAT"

"Calm down honey. Its normal for me to doubt you, after all, it would not be your first time to cheat you know."
Hana remaked and winked playfully at jin.

Not being able to take this taunting anymore, jin stood up to leave but Hana stopped him by holding his hand.

"Oh, I'm sorry I was just messing with you darling. Come on, don't be a simp and join me for the movie."

He searched her face for honesty and after a few seconds later, sat back on the couch, holding her closer.

Next day
Jin POV

I went to meet Mr Choi about the job. He told me how glad he was that I agreed to join.
"Thank you seokjin. I hope you can join from tomorrow?"

"Yes sir, I will."

"Thats great than. See you tomorrow young man. I'm sorry I had to cut the meeting short. Actually, I promised my wife and daughter to take them out."

"Oh no problem sir. I understand. "

I smiled and shook his hand and then left the office.

On my way back home, I couldn't stop thinking about in-su. He must miss me a lot. I got so busy in my new life that I totally forgot about him. God! I miss my son.

Time skip dinner time

9:43 p.m.

"So how did the meeting go darling?"
Hana asked me.

"It went well. I'll be joining them from tomorrow. "

She smiled and started eating again

"Um, Hana, can I ask you something?"
I placed my knife and fork back on the table and looked at her.

"Yes darling?"

"I-i was actually wondering if I could meet In-su?"

"Sure, he's your son. Meet him whenever you want."

"Great. Can I bring him over on weekends. "

She nodded in approval.

Wow. Finally, I will see you again champ. I'm sure you must have missed your daddy a lot. But don't worry, I'll see you tomorrow. Just wait a little more my son.
