A week later                Y/n POV

Its been a week since I'm avoiding seokjin. He needs to understand that he will never be able to have what he had before and the sooner he understands the better.

"In-su, come have your dinner honey."

I waited for a response but never got one..so I decided to check up on him.

*knock knock

I opened the door after knocking.

"In-su, what are you doing?"
He looked at me, the phone pressed to his ear.

"I'm talking mommy"

"I can see that big guy but who are you talking to?"

"Daddy"

Hearing that he's talking to him was not so pleasant for me. I don't like in-su talking or spending time with him but I cannot stop him from doing so. He's his father. Its his right to talk to his son.

Sigh

I turned around to leave.

"Mommy, daddy wants to talk to you."
He said passing me the phone.

"Tell him, I don't want to talk."

Time skip              10 min later
      At the dining table

"Momma, are you not finished yet?"

"You done talking with him?"

He nodded.

"Come, then join me for dinner."

He came towards me and sat on the chair beside mine.

"Did you waited for me momma?"
I nodded

"Yes, I didn't wanted to eat alone."

"You know I love you momma?"

"I know and I love you too" I smiled at him.

"Momma, please talk to daddy once. He was crying, I know. He is very sad. I don't want to see him sad."

I put my spoon down and looked at him.

"And you can see your mommy sad?"

"No. I want both of you happy. Just like before. I want to be a happy family again momma."

"In-su, I've told you this before and I'm telling you this again, we are not getting back together. Now eat up."

He nodded and started eating again. But soon he decided to speak once more

"Okay momma, then please forgive daddy and marry my teacher. I think he likes you. I will ask him to marry you, he'll say yes to me."

I choked on my food hearing him say that.

"In-su, if I call you 'young man' that doesn't really mean that you are a man. You are just a kid..don't say things like that honey."

After we were done, I put the dishes in the washer.

"Momma "
I turned around to him

"I know I'm a kid and I've been talking like big people. You both made me grow up fast. I don't want to grow up yet, I want to stay as a kid. Please talk to him."

He-he was right. I have endured so much for him because I didn't wanted him to feel abandoned. But I think I failed. I took his childhood away from him.

"Okay, I'll talk to him. Happy?"

"Very" he said and gave me a hug.

After putting him to sleep, I came back to my room. I took my phone and sat on the bed.

*ring ring

He picked up just after 2 bells

"Hello?"

"Hello, y-y/n?"

"Yes...um..in-su told me about you."

"I-i asked him to pass the phone to you but he said you didn't wanted to talk to me."

"He was right."

"Y/n, please, talk to me, atleast once. Don't avoid me. Let me explain. Give me a chance to defend myself."

"Do you hear yourself jin? You want me to give you a chance so that you can defend and justify cheating?"

"I'm sorry. I-i'm just so desperate to get you back. I-

"Jin, why are you doing this to yourself? Huh? Just move on. Don't give yourself these hopes."

"No. No. I can't. I don't want to. I love you darling, I love-

"Please jin! Don't ever say that again. Words like these doesn't look good coming from you."

"I'm sorry. Forgive me. Please, please. I beg you. Forgive me darling"

"If me forgiving you helps you to move on then fine, I forgive you."

I could hear him sniffing

"You don't mean that. You are now saying things to get rid of me y/n-ah."

I let my own tears fall this time.

"Y/n, what have we become? We were so in love. So happy. What have I done to US?"

He cried, I cried.

"Look jin, because of you my eyes got teary again. B-but, I don't like to cry for you."

I said and hung up the call
