Ashara frowned. She was on board the cruiser, watching the battle as it happened, and not actually flying out there with Obi-Wan and Anakin. Instead, she was stuck with a fairly annoyed Teriko, who's eyes had shifted back to having yellow in them. According Obi-Wan, it reappeared the moment they jumped into hyperspace.

Ashara was relieved when Obi-Wan opened communications with her.

"So, did you get him?" she asked.

"Yes", he said, running a hand through his hair. "And then proceeded to crash land on Coruscant. When you're done with the battle up there, I will meet you and Teriko at the Jedi Temple."

"Good thing the battle is almost over up here then", she smirked, and ended the communication. She returned to her place next to Teriko, and informed him of what Obi-Wan had told her. He merely nodded, not really caring what exactly occurred, it seemed.

As soon as the battle finished, Teriko and Ashara went to her ship, the Ghost, and flew down to the planet's surface, landing in the Temple hangar. Ashara and Teriko went separate ways, with Ashara going to her room. Obi-Wan could wait a few minutes.

Or maybe he couldn't. Her comm-link went off and she answered it, hearing Obi-Wan's voice.

"If you're back at the Jedi Temple, the council has given you permission to take the day to rest", he said. "We will do the debriefing tomorrow."

"Very well", Ashara said. "If you need me, I'll be in my room."

The togruta continued on her way, and as soon as she was in her room, she let out a quiet sigh. The battle had taken most of the day, and she was exhausted. But first, she wanted to check and see how Rex was doing. She set up a holocomm, and placed it on the floor, turning it on. Rex took a moment to answer it, but when he did, she could see the stress on his face.

"Hey", she said with a gentle smile on her face. "How's it going on Mandalore?"

"Not well", Rex muttered. "Unfortunately, I don't have time to talk."

Ashara's smile disappeared. "Oh. Okay. Will you send a mesage when you can talk?"

Rex nodded, and he disappeared, leaving Ashara alone in her room. She sighed softly, and lay down on her mat. It wasn't very comfortable, but she had grown up sleeping on mats like this, so she was used to it. She rolled over, and closed her eyes, picturing Rex in all his glory. She missed him already, and it had barely been a day. She hoped that the fight on Mandalore would start to be a little easier. She also hoped that the war would be over soon, and that General Grievous would be defeated.

Ashara stood next to Obi-Wan as many of the other Jedi Knights filed out of the briefing room. Anakin appeared as the last one was leaving.

"You missed the report on the outer rim sieges", Obi-Wan said, not looking up from what he was doing. Ashara had missed them too, so that's why she was staying behind, so that she could hear what was going on.

"I'm sorry, I was held up", Anakin said softly. He looked at Ashara meaningfully, and she knew he had something he needed to tell her. She nodded, saying that she got his message, but she knew it would have to wait. "I have no excuse."

"In short, they are going very well", Obi-Wan answered. "Saleucami has fallen, and Master Vos has moved his troops to Boz Pity." At the mention of Saleucami, Ashara was reminded of Cut and his family. She hoped that they were okay.

"What's wrong then?"

"The Senate is expected to vote more executive powers to the chancellor today", Obi-Wan said, sounding unhappy with the words he spoke.
