Chapter 2

"I am on it....!" a grumpy looking man name Chu shuzi wearing all black dress covering his face said and end the call. He looked up at the building apartment where yunlan live alone. He have no one whom he called a family nor a friends whom he could hang out. He only love his job which he got after so much of struggle. After all its hard to survive alone. But thanks to those people who helped yunlan to carry on his studies and yunlan didn't let them down and show his full dedication and spirit to do something in his life.......

Chu signal his team member to hide as yunlan bike entered inside the parking area of the building. He took off his helmet and breath as he look up at his apartment.. A smile appeared upon his face and he walked hurriedly towards his apartment. He lived at the 4th floor of this building. After closing the lift door he start knocking the door of his apartment. After banging the door for few times he realised that he himself have to open the door.

Yunlan tilt his head and frown. Why he is banging the door if he lives alone..... Yunlan start thinking again as he took his Keys out from his jeans pocket and unlocked the door. Dark and silent room welcome yunlan and yunlan paused there for a moment. His legs isn't moving and he himself found it difficult to walk himself inside.

Yunlan sigh and turn on the light first as he entered inside the house. His house is as messy as he left it. His clothes and few belongings were shattered here and there...... Yunlan carelessly just throw his house keys and bike key as he took a bear can out of his messy and almost empty refrigerator.... And sit on the big couch laying his legs on the table and leaned his head back as he turn on the TV.

He didn't find anything interesting to watch as he finished his bear hurriedly. But his stomach make a sound that it needs something to fill with. Yunlan open his jacket as he feel a little sting on his stomach due to hunger...... But that book fall down as he open his jacket.

Yunlan look at it and placed it on the table not caring that much. And start looking for something to eat....... But as usual he didn't found anything healthy to eat. And his stomach start aching more and he could hear loud groan of his empty stomach......

He order something from the near restaurant and within 20 minutes the food is here..... Yunlan thanks the man and closed the door holding his stomach with one hand and the food container on the other hand.

"Happy now....! Let's eat...!" yunlan talk to himself as he open the container and a strong fragrance hit his nose. His stomach filled with that fragrance as his appetite increased seeing that fresh plain noodles..... He couldn't help but hurriedly start shovi9it inside his mouth. He is just swallowing the food. Looks like he is hungry for this food for decades..... Yunlan finished the whole container as he feel happy and his stomach didn't hurt any more.

"Wow...! That was amazing.....!" yunlan smile and call back the restaurant.... "The food is really good....! Thank you....! Could you send me dinner daily.....? " yunlan asked feeling happy and full now. The restaurant owner thanks back to yunlan and agreed as they end the call......

Yunlan stood up and have some water and walked inside his room, leaving the TV on. He leave it on knowingly..... Because it makes him feel that someone is around him...... He didn't feel alone..... Yunlan just throw his body on the bed and blinked his eyes..... He didn't realize when he fall into deep sleep and didn't care to take off his shoes as well......

In the middle of night a shadow appeared beside yunlan as yunlan didn't feel anything. He sleep like a log..... That shadow stood beside him for a moment and slowly that shadow open yunlan shoes and cover his body with quilt. Yunlan stir a bit but didn't woke up. As that shadow walked out hurriedly grabbing that book. And turning off the TV........ That shadow disappeared like it was never there....... Leaving peacefully sleeping yunlan.....!

"Is everything OK...?" zhu Hong asked before sleeping beside her husband.....! "Yes...! He just ordered some food and now he is sleeping.... We will be here....!" chu shuzi reply and wish her good night. "what's the matter Hong..?" Hong husband asked as Hong placed her phone on the table. "Nothing...! Just worried about him....!" she reply. "He will be okay..... Don't stress.....!" Hong husband said and kiss her on cheeks as they both also fall asleep.......

That shadow looked at that book which he grab it from yunlan house and grit his teeth..... "I will not let this happen......!" That shadow mumbled and throw that book into the fire place and let it burn..... His beautiful face reveal as the flame light spread..... He blinked his doer eyes and looked at his right...... "Everything is gonna be just fine......!" That man said and walked away leaving that book burning..........

Outside zhao building chu walked around the street to make sure that everything is fine as talked to his team mates who are also surrounded the building...and few are standing outside zhao apartment.........

Seeing their action, we can guess that they are protecting yunlan from something or someone..! but from whom......?

At random house, someone is talking on the landline phone in this late night. "I told you to stay away from him...! He is back again after that accident.....! And i don't want that he see your face again.......! So just move out from this city...! otherwise you know the consequences......." A woman voice came from the other side of the phone. "I will try my best......! Don't worry.....and don't hurt him......." a sweet voice mixed with pain and sadness pleaded and that woman cut the call without saying anything else. That man sigh deeply and put down the phone as he looked outside at the Moon shinning up at the sky surrounded with the stars.......
