Chapter 9

"we have a new case to solve........see him, (showing someone picture on the screen....). His name is Zhujiu.....! One of the mafia boss. We are reported that, he is being spotted here and here.....(showing the location on screen...). He is in the city. This is our time to catch him, it will be our biggest case. So let's get ready to go there. I want a team who can come with me there, and also we need a backup team who can stay here and guide us. Zhu hong....! Divide the team and give me the list in 20 minutes. Any questions......?" zhao yunlan asked and everybody stood up saying no.

"Great than, get back to work....ling jing...?" yunlan asked. "The location is about 2 hours away from here....if we go now, we can easily reached there before evening...." ling jing said looking at his tab. Yunlan nod, "You heared it...start packing whatever needed there......and zhu hong...! Come to my office with list...." yunlan said walking out. "yes chief.." zhu hong reply and rolled her eyes. "damn it...! He should be take some rest...not solving some dangerous case.....! he want to chase that criminal.......! Huh.....! it's not a piece of cake as he think..." zhu hong whined.

"He just want to do his job.....! relax.....we all will be there..." ling jing said and zhu hong start making the list as yunlan demanded..........

After 10 minutes zhu hong knock yunlan cabin with the list in her hand...."come in..!" yunlan voice came and zhu hong entered inside the cabin. Yunlan was doing something on his phone and didn't look at zhu hong. "who is going with me and who are staying as a backup...?" yunlan asked not looking at zhu hong.

"Ummm....it's me, ling jing, chu and sang.....!" zhu hong said giving the list to yunlan. "Everyone else will be stay back. If we take more officer with us, it might be possible that he will got alert.......we should stay low....." zhu hong said and yunlan placed aside his phone on the table and give a look at the list and than looked at zhu hong.

"you are one clever woman.......good...! Are we ready to go....?" yunlan asked. "Chief...! why your are so desperate to solve this case....?" zhu hong asked. "What you mean....? Isn't our duty is to solve the case...?" yunlan asked. "It's not that....! this file came few days ago, but you didn't act like this.....than why now.....?" zhu hong asked.

"because....i din't know about his location that time, that's why....and moreover i need some fresh air........" yunlan said and zhu hong didn't ask anything. But she can guess that there is something that yunlan is upto. "We are ready to go than....?" zhu hong said and yunlan nod. As he about to leave his cabin and stop while opening the door.

"Tell me one think zhu hong....! when did you hire chu shuzi.....?" yunlan asked. Zhu hong widen her gaze. she didn't expect this question from yunlan. "Wh...why did you ask........?" zhu hong shutter. "That's not the answer i was expecting....." yunlan glare back at zhu hong.

"He....i...hired him 3 months before...." zhu hong reply. "Okay...! It's strange that i didn't remember that he was recruited.....and the more strangest thing is that he have got my signature upon his appointment letter which i clearly didn't remember at all.....! Did i forgot something...?" yunlan asked sending chills to zhu hong body. 

Zhu hong didn't reply to him and stay stun there....."Chief zhao we are ready...." ling jing said walking towards yunlan as yunlan nod to him and smirk seeing zhu hong standing stun there. "Is there anything you are hiding officer zhu hong......?" yunlan asked and walked out. Zhu hong sigh deeply, she felt that her breath was taken away....

Of course she is hiding a huge truth, how can she tell yunlan that he have forgot about the most precious part of his life which he cherish the most.......and reason behind it. 

zhu hong gulped down and look here and there as she also walked out, where yunlan already sitting inside the car and others are waiting for her to join them. "Come on..! We don't have a whole day here.....!" yunlan shout and zhu Hong sit beside yunlan in the front seat as  ling jing sit behind them.

Chu and sang drive motor bikes so that no one notice them that they all are together.... Yunlan drive away first and than chu also drive behind them.......

After 2 hours of driving they finally reached at the location. It was a beautiful hotel near the lake. And behind it clear mountain can be seen. Yunlan and zhu Hong reached there first..... "Wow....! Heaven....!" yunlan suddenly said seeing the view in front of him. He was so mesmerized by the nature beauty.

Zhu Hong chuckled, "You didn't act like this before......!" suddenly zhu Hong said making yunlan alert for some reason. And she probably realised that, because her face become pale after she said those words.

"Before.....! Huh....?" yunlan narrow his gazed at zhu Hong. But before he could ask anything from her chu reached there, stopping his bike near them. "Wow...! I will definitely bring wang here...! It's so beautiful......" sang said with his open mouth as soon as he reached there.

"Beware...! All beautiful things are dangerous in nature....!" yunlan said and smirk as he walked towards the entrance of the hotel......chu glare at zhu Hong pale face and than looked at yunlan. Suddenly his phone vibrates and he randomly just check the notification and put it back inside his pocket.

" Who's that....!" sang ask as he saw chu was reading something...... "Someone special....!" chu said and smirk. As sang thought that chu is talking about her girlfriend or something. And he also smile at him. "Let's go...!" zhu Hong said and they all walked inside.

"Oh...! That's really nice. You have a big bar at the basement....! We definitely enjoy staying here.."yunlan talked to the reception. Upon which that receptionist smile shyly...." We will happy sir. But you can't enjoy the bar service for at least two days...... "The lady said.

" Why.....? "yunlan asked." Um...! Someone reserved it fully for two days. After that you can enjoy it. I can give you free entry pass..... "That lady said. Yunlan smile and wink to that lady." Thanks dear...! But i won't stay for two days here.... If you can manage to.... "yunlan said with his flirting smile. Upon which chu rolled his eyes and zhu Hong just looked at him.

" I will try my best sir..... "that lady said and yunlan picked up the keys to their room.

Zhu Hong follow yunlan as chu separately choose the room next to yunlan. They act like they are not together and stay separately.....

As they all walked away someone also walked in and took one room to stay here...... 😉
