Chapter 67

"I have never thought that your father will do this horrific act, he wanted to take revenge..........he wanted to destroy those who is the reason of his misery.....he went straight to shen wei father.......before we can get there he have already gone, he killed shen wei mother and shot his father.......his father died in my arms, and before dying he asked for one last wish......He wanted me to protect his son that's being captured by your father.......

"So you are telling me that my father have killed shen wei family and captured him and raised him as his own....?!" yunlan asked and xian fang nod....."your father done everything to make him his own son but in the end his own son showed up and he have to killed shen wei....." xian fang said and yunlan narrow his gaze he think of something and than stood up. 

"So why did you abandon your son and why did my father abandon me......?" zhao yunlan asked, he sense that in xian fang story there is something missing or misleading......"I had to abandon my son in order to work under your father to gain his trust that i am a corrupt officer and wanted to join mafia.......if he knew about my son he will definitely kill him that time......." xian fang said and closed his eyes exhaling a deep sigh. zhao yunlan narrow his eyes and look at him and didn't said anything.

"Thank you for everything you have done for my shen wei and for this city....!" zhao yunlan said. "But you killed that one reason of my living....." xian fang said in disappointment and feeling the anger raising inside his chest. "To do something great we all have to pay the price.....! I have paid it with my heart and You have paid it too....! Now there is only one target.......left" zhao yunlan said and xian fang looked at him with rage.....Zhao saw that but didn't react anything and stay silent. he didn't said anything about shen wei being alive, as he have something going inside his head.......

"Alright i will help you....!" xian fang said offering his hand to shake with zhao yunlan, yunlan looked at him and smirk as he shake his hand and nod. "But in any case if you want to go back to your son i will help you..." yunlan said. "There is nothing left...yezhun already hate me...and moreover i deserve that....." xian fang said and walked outside. Yunlan looked at him and call someone...."I am coming....." yunlan and end the call. As he also walked out......

AT YEZHUN HOUSE

Yunlan knocked the door and yezhun open the door,  "ah! what took you so long.....look i need to...." before that yunlan could complete his sentence a punch landed on his right cheeks. "Chief zhao yunlan...! You are crazy....! How dare to put their life in danger for me...?" It's shen wei angry voice as yunlan was stun and still in shocked with shen wei punch....and shen wei just glaring at yunlan like he is going to choke him to death right now.

Yunlan came back to his senses and looked at yezhun with surprised not knowing that shen wei would be so mad at him for bringing him here.....And before that yunlan could process anything, shen wei pulled yunlan ear making him red. "Speak....!" shen wei shout. Yunlan hissed in pain,"Arrrgghhh.....! leave my ear first.....! stop it...." yunlan said and shen wei took a deep sigh and calm his anger for now......

"I.....didn't think, i have done anything wrong bringing you here.......! It's a safe place for you....." Yunlan said while rubbing his ear. Shen wei grid his teeth as he looked at yezhun and zhu hong and than to yunlan.....He come closer to yunlan with range and looked into his eyes.....

"How can you be so stupid....? What if anyone follow you here and attack upon them...? Looked at them......! What were you thinking...?" shen wei said while pointing at zhu hong big round tummy......" I can't accept any innocent blood upon my hand yunlan...." shen wei continue telling him the consequences of bringing him here.

Zhu hong and yezhun also frown while listening to shen wei as yezhun walk near zhu hong and hold her close to him. Yunlan felt guilty as he didn't thought about that. "I......I was just thinking about your safety..." yunlan said. "Yunlan.....! To protect me, you don't need to put other's in danger....ok" shen wei said while cupping yunlan face in his palm. 

"I am sorry..." yunlan said. "Say it to them...! They have done enough...." shen wei said and yunlan said sorry to zhu hong and yezhun. As yezhun looked at them.......how they care for each other and also for others.....

"Let's go somewhere else....." shen wei said. As yezhun stopped them ,"There is no need to go anywhere...." he said. "No yezhun...! You are not seeing the danger it can cause...." shen wei said. "I can clearly see that....but i don't want you two to get hurt.....and moreover no one will follow you here...." yezhun said and looked at zhu hong for confirmation as she nod in yes agreeing with her husband.

But shen wei walked near them and looked at zhu hong. "I am very lucky that i got people like you around me. But you two have done enough for me......i can't risk your life for our sake......and moreover, you are not alone. You have a life within you....please think about it.." Shen wei said with concern and yunlan also walked near his shen wei holding him by his shoulder.....He can feel that shen wei is very tense right now and he didn't want anyone to get hurt under his name. "I am sorry that i never thought about this....we are leaving.." yunlan said looking at his wei and shen wei also hold yunlan by his waist and nod.

On the other hand,

Zhao xinchi throw an glass filled with alcohol on the floor as the glass scatter making a loud noise, his guards run inside to check and saw xinchi angry face. "where is he.....? where is yunlan....?" he shout as his guards shivered and looked at each other....."Are deaf.....? where is my son....?" He yell again...."He...he went back to his office.....for some work...." One guard said with shivered tone. "Bring him back....." xinchi said and took a deep breath..."I need to tell him something....! It's time........He must know the truth....." xinchi thought and looked outside.
