3rd POV, Observers:
Today was the day. The start of the UA Civil War Game. Well, the real start was actually in about five hours at 9 am when the players would wake up, but the Observers met beforehand to discuss the rules and get everything ready, as well as make an introduction on live TV. The whole thing would be streamed on different channels as well as recorded (tho it would be reviewed and cut beforehand so there was a slight delay in the streaming). They had injected the players with sleeping solutions to be able to preconstruct a timeline.
Slowly the Observers trickled in, exchanging greetings and how-are-you-s while waiting for the rest to come. All the teachers were already present, with exception of Nezu, Aizawa and Power Loader. The observation room was built on a small patch of rocks right next to the island (A/N: if you check you can see a small black hill in the right back corner of the island, beneath some clouds) and the heroes and police officers would be meeting up with Power Loader at UA who would then take them to the island.
The room was made up of a large wall full of displays that showed the footage from all the different drones. At the top of the wall rested the cameras that would be filming the observers and facing that wall stood a large curved table with comfortable chairs that would hold the observers. Behind it there was a kitchenette with a fully stocked large fridge, a coffee machine, a mikrowave and a tea kettle as well as some bean bags, couches and recliners if they needed to take a break and a cupboard filled with some other stuff they might need. Everyone was provided with tablets they could use to review stuff like maps, rules and inventory lists as well as use to note things down or take closer looks at special footages.
Ectoplasm was sitting in front of the screens, observing the layout of the island for when one of his clones had to rush in and pick somebody up. Present Mic was already making himself familiar with the equipment he had been given to act as announcer and Recovery Girl was checking that the small medical bay, which was placed in a side room, was all good. Cementoss was reviewing security while All Might and Snipe were deep in a discussion of American culture and Midnight was reading a book about the reflection of an artist's problems and hopes in their works. Vlad King was sitting at the table deep in thought when Thirteen sat next to him.
Thirteen: So, what do you think of this whole ordeal?
Vlad King: Oh, hello. You mean the game?
Thirteen: Yes, what do you think?
Vlad King furrowed his brows.
A/N: VK is Vlad King if anyone was wondering
VK: I don't know, it seems weird for Nezu to suddenly spring something like this on us.
Thirteen: You suspect there is something more behind this? You know Nezu doesn't need a reason.
VK: He may not need one, but he always has one.

3rd POV, Power Loader and the heroes
Power Loader was leaning against the inside of the UA wall, close to the entrance. The first one to arrive was Endeavor, stomping through the gate and grumping in greeting. The next ones to arrive where Detective Tsukauchi, the police officer Sansa and the coroner Eloise Brim. Detective Tsukauchi immediately made his way over to greet Power Loader, taking Sansa and Mori with him.
Power Loader: Ah, Naomasa! It's good to see you.
Tsukauchi: Ah, Higari, good to see you too. I believe you know Sansa? And this is Brim Eloise, she's a coroner at the morgue.
