Outfit: He wears a blue hoodie over a Team Rocket uniform. With the hoodie on, the rest of his outfit looks like black leggings and white boots. With the hoodie off, the rest of his outfit is a black latex undershirt and a white longsleeve croptop with a bright red 'R' on the front.

Descriptions
Personality: Allen is impulsive, loud, and a walking meme. He does things out of boredom or spite, because that's what everyone else around him did. Despite his appearance as a moron, he is extremely intelligent and vengeful. He is a master at luring people into a false sense of security and then robbing them blind. He has a heart of gold however, and only craves to be accepted by those he admires.
Background: Allen lived in a family where people did whatever, whenever. He moved a lot because his parents got bored of wherever they were living, and learned that it doesn't matter what you do as long as it was entertaining. So, he strived to be the most entertaining person out there. Eventually, he felt like his family was becoming bored of him, so at only 13 years old, he went to go beat the Kanto Champion with only a Magikarp. He did it, and his family and friends adored him until he turned 14 and he became obsolete again. He was abandoned, and felt like a failure, until he was approached by Giovanni and offered a home with Team Rocket. A family that would never leave him. He joined and quickly climbed the ranks with only a Magikarp and a Bidoof, and now he goes wherever, doing anything he wants in the name of Team Rocket.
Battle strategy: Allen's strategy is to research ahead, stock up on potions, and pray. It works on some occasions, but most of the time he needs multiple tries before he beats an opponent.

Trivia: Allen has anxiety, and TM God acts as an emotional support Pokemon. TM God was caught in a Masterball, and Allen constantly gets teased for doing it. Splish doesn't know he can evolve, and thinks Gyarados are just really cool single evolution Pokemon, TM God doesn't have the heart to tell him otherwise.
