Ultimate FollowerPersonality
Juliet is typically seen as the takes-nothing-seriously #2 to anything Kokichi does, and you wouldn't be incorrect. Wherever one goes, the other isn't far behind. Juliet is the first one to defend Kokichi when the others gang up on him, and has threatened murder if someone takes it a step too far. They never would, but you can never be sure with Oma holding the strings...
Depsite their teasing and harmless gags, they do genuinely care about their classmates (save for a select few). They're affectionate with their friends, but always steps back the moment they say they're uncomfortable. If someone asks them to stop, they'll stop (unless Kokichi tells them to keep going, they're the Ultimate Follower for a reason). They cry when someone gets executed or killed, and offers support for those who are most affected.Appearance

Mischief, carbonated drinks, the color blue, romcoms, chocolate, sunny daysDislikes
Dark, cramped spaces; raspberry flavoring, heavy metal, insensitive jokes, murder, exerciseStrengths
Similarly to their best friend/leader, Juliet is good at lying and manipulation. Not perfect, mind you, but good enough to fool someone of average intelligence. They're also have above average speed, agility, and flexibility.Flaws
While they pride themselves on being their own person, despite their Ultimate, they still fall weak to the orders of those they veiw superior to them, this veiw normally landing on Oma. They follow orders, and don't ask questions. They're a walking hypocrisy of being their own person and being the puppet of the superiors.Weaknesses
They're only human, and not incredibly strong and doesn't have a large amount of stamina. A good kick to the back of the knees would have them folding like those plastic beach chairs. They also have a very low pain tolerance, and are easily upset.Fears
Claustrophobia, the dark, being abandonedSurvivor, Blackened, or Victim
VictimDeath
Their death would be by their own hands. Between Kokichi's death and the final class trial, Juliet would be overwhelmed with despair, to where it breaks them. Giving a final goodbye to the only surviving classmates, asking them to avenge those who didn't, they would jump from one of the many holes in the wall caused by Kiibo's destruction, falling to their death.Family
Unnamed biological mother and father, deceased; Unnamed adoptive mothers, deceasedFriends
Kokichi Oma, Gonta Gokuhara (purely from Kokichi's orders for easier manipulation into his scheme in Chapter 4), Ryoma Hoshi, Shuichi Saihara, Miu Iruma (they have to get along with her cause she's working with Kokichi, Juliet could honestly care less about her).Enemies
Angie Yonaga, Kiibo (out of being associated with Kokichi, Juliet actually thinks Kiibo is pretty neat), Kaito Momota, Korekiyo Shinguji, Maki Harukawa, Tsumigi Shirogane, Monokuma.Love Interest
Ryoma Hoshi (main, overly affectionate x acts indifferent + painfully oblivious) or Kiibo (backup, rivals > lovers + chaotic x tired of their bs)Qoutes
"Huh? Oh, right, getting to know people...Yuck. I'm Juliet Zugaikotsu, creator of mischief and the Ultimate Follower!" (Introduction)
"While I devote my work to him, I'm not some pawn in a game. I'm still a person with thoughts and feelings and dreams. You don't see me thinking of you as just Shuchi's annoying lapdog, do you?!" (While in an argument with Kaito)
"Skill issue." (A common phrase of theirs, used often to mock or ridicule someone.)
"Don't let their deaths be in vain. Do the right thing, for their honor and your own. Don't sit and be a pawn...my friends." (Final wish before their death)Birthday
August 23rdBackstory
Juliet Hudson was born in America to two loving parents, before they were promptly killed in a car accident, leaving them an orphan at the age of 5. They were adopted and immigrated to Japan by two loving women, and renamed Juliet Zugaikotsu at the age of 8. Only for the two to get killed by religious zealots, while they watched from the pantry, leaving Juliet an orphan by the time they were 10.
Naturally, having been "abandoned" by two different families, would leave Juliet untrusting of the foster care system, believing they willingly sent them to families that would wind up dead. So, they ran away and lived off the streets for a while. Still, they longed for a place to call home.
At the age of 15, they were approached by Kokichi, who was looking for more members for his start-up gang: D.I.C.E. Juliet was offered to join in exchange for food, shelter, and friendship. With no where else to turn, they accepted the offer and began working for D.I.C.E.
Juliet was in Kokichi's debt - as they believed - viewing him as a guardian angel sent to answer their prayers for a home. This couldn't be further from the truth, but their unconditional devotion and willingness to do anything to help D.I.C.E, earned them both a reputation as Kokichi's second in command (which was simply untrue, they were just a member with no power in the gang at all), and as the Ultimate Follower. That silly nickname whispered among worried police offers and gossipy children would become closer to reality as they thought, as they ended up getting scouted by Hope's Peak, and the rest is simply history.
