There was a boy who
grew up in the Sequoia hotel
nearing the sea. And within
those four white walls engulfed
by the big blue cosmo,
he learnt the lessons of neglect. His father, a man who outgrew
emotional stability, had passed
down his genes to this boy.And his mother had taught him that
all things once used,
need to be discarded in the ocean. She would say,
"love makes you learn things
that aren't meant to be learnt".That is, neglect teaches you more about love than love itself.
