I shrugged all my thoughts away and got into Cole‘s car. He was on his phone scrolling through Instagram. Wait a minute this man is scrolling through Mason‘s Instagram. What the fuck. He literally haunts me.
„Hey Felicity.“ he greeted me. I ignored the fact that he stalked his Instagram before and we had just some small talk.
It was comfortably quiet all until he spoke up.
„I was just scrolling through this footballers instagram I saw he is working with that organization Together for short lives, I was thinking about donating some money.“
„That is a great idea, I got so much positive feedback from the organization when I donated some money, the families where over the moon.“
„Really? I didn’t know you do that stuff.“
At this point we were already in the centre of London but his words I couldn’t believe it. I immediately told him to stop and looked at him like he is crazy.
„What do you mean by that?“
„Well you know, your financial situation.“
I couldn’t believe my ears. I knew that Cole had rich parents but I didn’t look for the money and I didn’t think that he would be acting like money says everything about a person.
„So you say because I am not rich I am a person who doesn’t donate and doesn’t want to help other people?“
„Well, yeah kind of.“ As soon as he said this I got out of his car. It was just unbelievable what he said, once when I thought somebody would help me get over him it doesn’t help. It just makes me even more miserable about myself. The best part of this all he didn’t even get out to apologize or anything he just drove off, leaving me in the middle of London, half an hour of walking to my house. At least it wasn’t raining. As soon as I said that the rain started pouring down. It was cold and wet. Sometimes I hate London so much. I started walking home not caring that people look at me weirdly. While I was walking I blocked and deleted Cole‘s number. I didn’t need another disgusting human in my life. And look at that just with my luck my phone turned off because I didn’t charge it today. Even if I wanted to I couldn’t call an uber.
After a long time I finally got home. I took a shower and changed into comfortable clothing not wanting to do anything anymore. I was sat, once again, on the couch watching Netflix. Quickly I got bored of that and scrolled through my social medias all until I cane across one article.

I read from my phone. My mind was telling me no to but my heart was telling me to accept. My mind was also telling me to block him but I couldn’t, I still love him.
„Yes Mason, what do you want?“ I tried to sound not desperate for him but it didn’t work, it was heard in my voice how desperate I am for him to come back.
„Hey Feli.“ he is the only person that calls me that. He started calling me it when we met and he never stopped. „I wanted to check on you. I saw the article and thought to ask you what happened with that?“
„If you called to see if I moved on and if you wouldn’t be able to come back to me your answer is no, I didn’t move on.“
„I will be at yours in ten.“ he said and before I could protest against it he hung up. I hate him I really do, I hate when he acts like this but I still love him.
