I saw his message from my notification bar, i don't feel like even looking at his name. I am messed up totally, don't feel like doing anything. Just sat on my bed staring at the ceiling. After everything, he didn't feel anything for me. Everything was just meaningless for him. I really regret falling for such a man. All night I cried and cried. I'm glad i have two more days to calm myself down, Saturday and Sunday

After seeing nao's messages, i cried more and felt asleep

Next Day

*Knock knock*
Nao: HYA Y/N!!! OPEN THE DOOR!! Y/N!!! I'M WAITING HERE, IT'S COLD! KIM Y/N!!! KIM STUPID Y/N!!

Ugh I went and opened the door revealing a whole red nao, she came in and went inside the blankets

Nao: oh god it's so cold, i should have had worn extra sweater- you- y/n! What have you done of yourself?! You look like you haven't eaten nor had a bath since ages
Y/n: whatever

After a lot of nao's scoldings and comforting words she forced me to have a bath and go out with her. I had to agree. We spent the whole Saturday out having fun, i was sad but i enjoyed too. Having sometime with nao is the best thing I could ever ask for. As for Sunday, we spent it together at her home with her parents, her parents are like my second parents who take care of me like their own child. My parents live in a rural area, I came here for higher studies.

Monday

Shua: hey y/n, did something happen? You didn't read my message-

He was asking me when suddenly Kait entered the class giving a peck on Joshua's cheeks, they both were smiling looking at eachother, i didn't feel like watching their lovey dovey scene so I made my way towards the seat but was stopped by Joshua

Shua: y/n, actually I and kait started dating again and i sorted things out with her ex somehow. Thank you so much for everything
Y/n: okay that's good

Shua went with kait to her bench and started talking, vernon approached me

Vernon: hello y/n
Y/n: hello vernon
Vernon: can I sit here till nao comes?
Y/n: sure
Vernon: y/n, I am really sorry about everything, i shouldn't have had made this plan. Nao told me you had feelings for joshua
Y/n: it's okay vernon, you didn't knew about it, if you did then you wouldn't do all this
Vernon: still, i shouldn't have had suggested this idea, any girl would feel hurt even when they didn't like him, I'm so sorry
Nao: if you are done with your apology then please move, that's my seat
Vernon: nao i-
Nao: go sit on your seat, I have nothing to talk with you

Vernon went away looking sad

Y/n: did something happen between you two?
Nao: not really, i myself don't know why I'm being like this. I'm just mad at him for giving such a lowly idea to joshua, see you are hurt so much
Y/n: still, you shouldn't be this mad at him, look how sad he is looking

We looked in his direction and he was looking down with all sadness

Y/n: go talk to him, you both are like bestfriends too
Nao: maybe you are right, i feel sad for him

Vernon: hmm?
Nao: I'm sorry, i actually was mad at you for giving a Stupid idea to Joshua, y/n was hurt a lot because of it. I'm sorry for everything though, i was too harsh on you
Vernon: so you forgive me?
Nao: ofcourse! I missed talking to you
Vernon: thank youuuu i thought you will break our friendship

He suddenly got up and hugged her out of nowhere, he was- he was tearing up too-

Nao: hey hey hey, vernon!! Why you crying bro???
Vernon: I'm just happy
Nao: ayy stop being childish
Vernon: I think I won't be able to hold it in
Nao: ehh?
Vernon: i like you nao, you were asking what that party was about, i prepared that party just to confess to you but it all went in vain. I started liking you since we started talking like real friends. Whenever you used to be there beside me, i used to feel complete and happy. I don't know and could never understand about your feelings for me but all I want to say is, you are really precious to me and i can do anything just to see you smile

Nao: oh my god- I don't know what to even say... I like you too Vernon, you are just an amazing person to be with, you are always fun, playful which I love about you. Now I know why I was so mad at you, i was angry because you couldn't understand a girl's heart and just made a stupid plan. I'm glad that you like me back

Nao: yessss, our synchronisation is on next level

Seeing them together really made me happy, looking at Joshua's direction, he was smiling looking at the new couple as well. I'm happy for them.. for both vernon and Joshua..
