Sitting with legs inside the cold water, thoughts roaming here and there, a tear escaped my eyes

Vernon: sorry to disturb you both but teacher is calling for us, we have to go for rides now!

Y/n: you both go ahead, I'll come
Nao: okay
Vernon & Nao: let's go honey- oh damn

They both left and i got up, looking behind i saw Joshua running towards my direction, i pretended to ignore him and move ahead but it failed

Shua: y/n!!! Please wait
Y/n: you are supposed to be with the other students and kate
Shua: that dosent matter

He holded my hand

Y/n: Kate might be upset if she sees this
Shua: i don't-
Y/n: see Joshua, you are really late in understanding someone's emotions, I can understand but it's a request, stop with your behaviour with me, don't do things which you don't mean, stop making my heart race, stop acting sweet, stop smiling at me, stop calling me by cute names, stop caressing my hair, stop kissing me, stop touching me, stop looking at me like that, just fucking stop!!! I'm going through a lot because of it, you might not know but I love you! Yes i do, and it's okay to feel awkward or anything but just stop with this since now you know how I feel for you, i tried to move on but it's not helping me, it's not. You already have someone you love, go spend time with her instead. I.. hate you. Just don't interfere in my life anymore

Tears flowing continuously from my eyes, heart feeling heavy.. i confessed, finally but what good is going to even come? I just hope he could vanish from my life with Kate

Teacher: you two! What are you doing there alone? No romantic moments in a school picnic, come fast, we need to go have some fun

I wiped my tears and went running towards the teacher, i could feel joshua wanting to say something. I don't want to hear him, nor want to see his face

5 hours Later

Everyone had a lot of fun along with me. I couldn't see Joshua the whole time, well i don't care. I think I'm moving on from him. We all were hungry so we made our way towards the natural canteen over there. Since this area is on a mountain, it looks so beautiful outside as well as scary at the thought of falling down from the cliff. Hahaha I won't do that thing at all. We all were having our dinner when I saw.. i saw Joshua standing right at the age of cliff, my heart sank, it felt too much heavy, tears again started coming down my eyes, my body felt heavy. Leaving everything behind, I ran towards the direction where he was standing. I holded his hand and pushed him behind. Scared, i started punching his chest slowly while crying

Y/n: what were you doing there?! What if you fell down?! What will happen to all of us? Me?

I hugged him feeling assured he didn't get hurt. Within no time he hugged me back, i could feel him crying, i broke the hug and looked at him. He was crying..

Shua: I am sorry y/n for everything.. i was just too stupid to realise yours as well as my feelings.. I'm sorry for using you, for hurting you, for everything.. I'm sorry y/n, I'm sorry for realising late. I love you a lot y/n, without you, life just seems so plain, the moment you left me, felt like my world broke down, when you cried i felt like embracing you, telling you how much I love and value you, telling you that you are the most precious thing to me, everything i had in mind, but i couldn't, i couldn't handle my self seeing you like that.. because of me. I'm sorry y/n, please don't move on from me, please love me like you used to, please, i know I'm selfish but please love me

I couldn't handle myself and hugged him tightly

Y/n: if you say so..
Shua: I love you y/n
Y/n: I love you too Joshua

We could hear people cheering for us. We looked aside and everyone was standing there along with teacher, she smiled looking at us, we too smiled looking at eachother

Teacher: okay no more romance here, get back to your dinner. We still have to make firewood

Everyone: okay mam!

We held eachother's hand and looked at eachother once again
