What I did on my holiday.

Mom and Dad went on holiday for a few days so mom phoned her sister and asked her to babysit me.

My Nana Tabby is really nice, she plays good games and makes nice food. Sometimes she brings her friend Cake. I call him Papa because he's with my Nana all the time. Cake is in a band and has lots of guitars. He's promised to show me them some time. Cake asked me if I think they should get married. I said yes and he laughed but his cheeks went red too. Now I keep asking him if he's married her yet. Cake sometimes lets me play with his dogs. We have a dog but she's really old so I can't really run around with her. Cake keeps telling me he wants to run away with my nana.

Jake's POV

After Tabby got off the phone with her sister, I asked her if her nephew Bobby needed babysitting soon.

" Oh, Jake! Thanks for reminding me. Lisa and Frank are going away for a week and they asked if we'd sit for them and I said yes. Is that okay? " she'd said.

I agreed and grew more and more excited as the date grew nearer.

Tabby's POV

Finally! I get to see Bobby again. He keeps telling me about his new superman costume and how he can't wait to show me.

We decided to take the bus because we had a bag each and they wouldn't stay on the motorbike.

When we arrived, I saw Lisa and Franks new house they bought with Franks promotion. The Porsche they bought with Lisa's raise.

I sighed slightly but continued up the pathway, Jake close behind.

" I can't wait to see him! I bet he's grown again huh? He's so adorable! " Jake said.

I knocked on the door and heard thunderous little footsteps.

The letterbox opened.

" Down here. " a small voice told us.

Jake and I knelt down, looking in the letterbox at Bobby's face.

" What's the password? " Bobby asked.
" Cake and dogs. " I said.

Bobby clocked his eyes onto Jake and gasped.

He dropped the letterbox shut and sped through the house screaming: " MOOMMM! NANA TABBY BROUGHT MY BEST FRIEND CAKE! "

I heard the ensuing racket of Bobby running around in excitement.

Lisa came and unlocked the door.

" Tabitha! Oh my god, I haven't seen you in ages! How is everything? " my sister asked.

I smiled and hugged her, smelling mums perfume on her too.

" I'm fine. I've moved in with Jake and we're getting on just fine aren't we? " I said, turning to Jake who was smiling goofily at me.

He looked like a lovesick puppy.

I nudged him, breaking his little daydream.

" Huh? You're moving in where? " he asked, looking at Lisa and I in turn.

I laughed and Lisa did too.

I saw Frank carrying Superman by his ankles.

I giggled and Lisa turned around.
